I love pizza! I ate at over 50 places and this is by far the worst I ever had! Wish I could give them a zero! Got a slice and wish I could trade it for a cracker with a piece of pepperoni on it! Also GM there named Colleen needs to be reported to the health department for working with open pizzas in and out of oven and never has a hat or hair net as supposed to in any food industry! I also heard another man in the store talk about how very rude this lady is and I said yes she is very very rude! It’s also been reported that at least two times recently that driver did not get tips that customers said they put on their card for them! One was over 13.00!!! So I highly recommend you save your money from this slum lord place and if you desire real good pizza go up a couple blocks to Pizza Pete’s and get very good pizza with a very good attitude!!! If you are someone who thinks Chicago pizza is deep dish, move along. If you are someone who KNOWS Chicago pizza is south side thin crust tavern style, get yourself over to Rich’s immediately.

We ordered the Uncle Richie (sausage, pepperoni, and banana peppers) and also a plain cheese because I like to judge a new pizza place on crust/sauce/cheese only too. This pizza is literal perfection: crispy thin crust, the exact right amount of cheese that’s carmelized and brown at the edges, and sauce that isn’t too sweet. The bottom crust has all those special little black pan crumbs we all know and love.

This pizza gives you that 80s dark paneled bar filled with cigarette smoke homey feeling, and will make you crave a cold draft beer served by a raspy voiced grandma behind the bar calling you honey and refilling the little wooden bowl of peanuts.

Called the store to order some food, Lady told me I had to order online only. So I went on their page and placed an order, mind you I'm in a hotel room not a house. So I placed an order for a salad and a pizza, asked for ranch dressing with the salad and and plates and napkins with the order. 45 minutes later the order arrives and I get No dressing for the salad and no Plates. I call the store knowing I can deal with the no Plates but what's a salad with no dressing. Lady tells me the manager will give me a call around 10pm about it but she can't do anything about the mess up because they use grub hub as their delivery. No call comes at 10pm and I finally call at 11:15pm. He the Manager says he called grub hub to refund me the salad but I have not got anything from them saying anything about this. Heads up don't get delivery from them it's not worth the BS when they mess up your order.
