We ordered 3 corn dogs with Ketchup and small onion rings! It took 13 minutes to get our food! There was 1 car in front of us. After I placed my order an employee at Sonic came outside to my car with my receipt. He handed it to me I gave him my debit card. He took my receipt and card to the side of the building where the credit card machine is located. When he was done he gave me my debit card and receipt back. From the time he printed my receipt until the time I received my food it was 13 minutes. There were no napkins, no mints, and no Ketchup in my bag! The corn dogs were over cooked as were the onion rings!! He argued with me and told me it takes 4 minutes to cook a corn dog, so you have not been here for 13 minutes. Not to mention there were only 4 onion rings in the bag, about the size of a half dollar. When I asked why only 4 onion rings. He tells me, because that's all we had left. So your gonna charge me$3.99 for 4 tiny onion rings! I think the price should have been reduced, since I wasn't getting a full order! He tells me no, I'll just give u your money back and you can give me the food back! Fine, so he takes the food and a few minutes later he opens the window and hands me a little piece of printed receipt paper with my refund on it and tells me my refund will take a few business day to be add back in my account. Well there is no dollar amount on this at all. So I'm gonna check my back on Tuesday, 2-14-2023!! He was very rude, plus they (him and the other workers) had their music up so loud you could hardly hear, so he had to yell when speaking to me!! Not Happy with the service at this Sonic at all!! Read moreI went to your store tonight to buy ice for my mother who recently got out of the hospital after 5 weeks. I was given a small cup. I offered to buy a full drink to get the ice in styrofoam so that my elderly mother could enjoy the ice without it melting. I was denied. I called the corporate office and was given their reasoning. That my right to buy a full cup of ice at full soft drink price had been supposedly ruined because of another person. Complete nonsense!!!!!!! If I wanted to buy 7 full cups of ice at full soda price I should not be denied. I spend hundreds of dollars there a year. But there isn't a high boy hamburger out there that's worth spending anymore money to support your business after what you have not provided tonight. You should be completely ashamed. I moved six hours away a couple of years ago, so whenever I'm in the area I always drop by. I really wasn't hungry, but I knew that they had brought back the onion rings and I just had to get some. After I ordered ($7) I handed the girl my card and told her to run it as a debit card. She informed me that they didn't take that, but credit card only. I told her not to run it as credit and she promptly handed it back, but she had already stuck it in. As I was pulling out a $20 dollar bill she hollered to cancel the "ring in a bag". So I'm standing there with both my wallet and mouth hanging open, watching her calmly walk away. I just walked out. I haven't checked online yet, but I'm hoping that I didn't get charged.
