Score Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Independence

We came in on Friday February 3rd me, my husband and my brother in law for karaoke. We came 2 the last 2 Fridays and it was amazing so I’m not sure what’s going on with the staff and service! We sat and had to constantly ask for our server some younger girl named kyria, she kept standing at the tables by the mirrors giving plenty of service to the young man she apparently thought flirting with would get her a better tip but you guys have lost us as customers. I shouldn’t watch my server laughing and hanging out at one table for long periods of time while I am waving you down every time I need something, my husbands out of beer, brother wants to order food (food was amazing btw!) but no actual service was given. Yes it was busy but it always is but every time before beth was our server on karaoke Fridays and she always did so perfect for us! I loved her and Lori the bartender always was so great and so thought my husband and any friends we brought always got the best care and we never had to ask for a drink. We always looked forward to it! When we asked where she was I was told she was no longer at score so I’m sad to not make this my regular Friday night bar for a while maybe in a couple months they will have some better staff. We couldn’t get help from the other 2 older ladies in their 50-60’s who obviously needed help with an entire bar full of people and they seemed to purposely ignore us since we were in the other girls section and only waited on their tables. Every time my husband tried to wave at them, or get their attention as they were coming by they just kept walking. Maybe they need to have some help with staff but it had a huge affect on our time. I went to Score's when i visited for the AFC championship on january 19th. Bar was farely busy, so i understand waiting a minute for a beverage. I told a gentleman next to me that if he could get the bartenders attention i would buy him a drink. He did, so i ordered 2 drinks. He apparently was a regular because she poured his instantly and then walked away without filling my glass, and i waited another 5 mins before i was contacted again and i asked for my drink again and the bartender (later to find out was the owner, Lori) rudely told me she was busy and would get to me in a second..? I said i already ordered from you but she wasnt interested in hesring anything i had to say. She did serve me after about 5 more mins. She was arguing with multiple customers and extremely heated with many. I got my drinks and tabbed out and still left a 50% tip but later check my bank account and my card was also ran for another 65$ tab that wasn't mine. Ive called the phone number on this page numerous times throughout the week and they do not answer. So hopefully they will reach out to me when they see this and make it right, otherwise your welcome to whoever's dinner i bought for you last...

If I can give this s××× hole no stars I would. The owner with the spike hair profiled us within 5 minutes of walking in. She referred to us as mother fu×××× to other customers because she said my brother smelled loud. Neither of us smoke. She refused to serve us our drinks after she made them. Mind you the whole bar was full of customers. I will never go back to this place. She kept saying she was the owner like we don't own anything n was beneath her. Poor customer service and not a place for African Americans. You'll have more fun at the family dollar across the parking lot.👎🏾 After reading some of these reviews it's seems like the OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE MET THE RIGHT ONE TONIGHT. IT TOOK EVERYTHING IN ME NOT TO GO OVER THAT COUNTER😒 She apparently curse alot of customers. How u running a bar intoxicated? Drinking on the job eh? Get some therapy old lady or maybe she needs a man. If you're not a regular you get treated...
