PLEASE KEEP THE DRIEDGER! So I heard Chris DRIEDGER from the CV Firebirds loves this place and he had a collab with Chef Justin who owns Baby's Marche. The duo created an awe-inspiring sandwich called "The Driedger" which is made with Australian Wagyu Pastrami, Canadian Caramelized Onions, Sauerkraut, Deli Mustard, Provolone and Chipotle Maple Syrup! Yes, it's ALOT of goodness in one incredible sandwich. I had to try it as it's a limited option, however I beg Chef Justin to keep it haha. It's one of the best, most unique sandwiches I've ever had. Baby's Marche is officially one of my favorite sandwich spots I've ever been to!
The meal was a bit pricey as you're getting high quality ingredients, so come prepared. My sandwich was $25 bucks and a sparkling water on top of that led me to almost $35-ish bucks for myself alone. I will surely be returning to try the other amazing dishes they serve here. The bakery items and floats looked incredible too! There's an individual restroom within the building. Also, there's two tables inside and four tables outside for people who want to dine here. It's very small so I recommend takeout.
The butchery itself is very cute, the staff were very friendly and had a nice attitude. A couple of Indian Wells Karen's came in and the staff handled them with respect and patience. I'd give the whole crew 10 stars if I could! The cashier and order caller...
Read moreWent there to try a new place and their pastrami sandwich pictures on google map Looked good…. You know what were the first words out of my wife’s mouth after the first bite of her “The Roma” sandwich? “HOLY F* That’s good”! Never in 8 yrs of dating and 6+ yrs of marriage has she ever said that when putting anything in her mouth 😉😂. And you know, my own reaction was pretty much the same!! But I had the Mambo Italiano panini style! The old saying you’ll taste the quality? THIS IS THE PLACE!! It’s a hole in a wall away from traffic and how they survive is a little beyond me but I hope they stay afloat for a long time, one of my friends owns a sandwich shop and I’m going to have to send him here for a bite,, this place is amazing. They say a shop as well but they have like 4 items..and the cookies that greet you on entrance? Yeah, they make them and we had the double chocolate cookie and it was incredibly moist soft and delicious,, like really, I can’t say enough good things about my first experience and let me tell you, this won’t be...
Read moreI've been here a few times now. They're just getting started but off to a solid start. The offerings are mainly breakfast and lunch time here. Everything here is done to order and made with an honest reverence for their ingredients. The prices are fair with consideration of the high quality of product they work with. They do event work on the off days, I'd recommend inquiring about them for dinner parties where you want to impress your guests. The market is nice and offers some nice wagyu and imported Japanese beef selections. They have ample patio seating when the weather is nice. They're absolutely kind and warm and I hope you give this local business a try.
Updated: it's been a couple of years and the food and service is as consistent as ever. Their offering of wagyu to take home and cook has expanded as well as the menu. If you want to source some wagyu or if you just want a nice sandwich or a coffee, this is a gem of a...
