On July 2, 2019 @ 11:40 AM I went to the Burger King located in Greenfield Indiana:
2706 N 600 W, Greenfield IN 46140
My experience with the customer service I received was very shocking, hurtful and disappointing. I went to the drive through line to place my order, when I pulled to the window to retrieve my food, the lady at the window handed me my food with such aggression. She was complaining about how busy they were and how they had a lot of cars behind me. While listening to her, I was checking my bag to make sure all the food was account for. When I told her that all my order was not in the bag, she immediately slammed the window, not before saying she didn’t have time for me and to never come back.
I got back to work to call the same Burger King so I could report the incident to a manager. The Manager on duty was name Rick. When explaining my issue to Rick, he basically said the same thing as the lady in the drive through window, he slammed the phone down and hung up. I was never rude to them or raised my voice to them. So that day, I made purchased but didn’t get what I paid for. So Burger King made a profit off of me.
I completely understand it was a busy time of day, however being in the fast food industry I would think that management and its employees would know and be trained on what the expectations were when volume was high. I left Burger King feeling disrespected and humiliated as it was very disappointing and rude to be treated as if no one cared about customer service. I was treated as if I were an irate customer and that was so far from the truth.
After my experience in the drive through as well as on the phone with Rick the manager, I decided to go out and look at the reviews on Google. I didn’t go through all the reviews of course, they were some good ones and a lot of bad ones about the same located on 600 West in Greenfield. I will not assume that the color of my skin was a factor as to why I was treated so poorly, however it did cross my mind.
The location in Greenfield, could use some refresher training on customer service how to handle good and bad customers. The Burger King Brand is huge and I’m sure the CEO would like to continue to have it as a positive and not a negative
I’m sure after receiving this complaint, nothing will be done or changed for process improvement. All I can say is any customer reading this review, know that its not you. It’s the poor Leadership/ Management that is being provided at the Burger King on 2706 N 600 W, Greenfield IN 46140. I’m sorry to those customers that have experienced this bad customer service as well as those who have yet to experience the negativity so many others have at...
Read moreWell, this is my first and only time using this burger king. I first rolled through and it took a long time for them to service the three people in front of me in the drive-thru, and this is after 10:00 p.m. so the inside is not open. I thought I'd get some pretty fresh food because they seemingly are not making the food until the customer gets up to the window. Once I got up to the window after waiting all that time in the Drive-Thru behind just three people, they said they were just now putting down the patties for the Whopper I ordered. I also ordered some chicken nuggets and the half and half onion ring and french fry large size. After I rolled away and started giving a couple nuggets to myself and the dogs, I realized that the Nuggets were basically cold, they did have a little bit of warmth to them but it was obvious they were not fresh. They didn't taste fresh. They tasted like they had been made more than an hour ago. And then I went to go and try the fries and onion rings, and they weren't even there. I didn't even get them. I even wasted money on getting extra sauces for the fry and onion rings cuz I like to dip them in the zesty sauce. So it took forever, the food wasn't fresh, and I didn't get everything that was on my order. I'll never come back to this location ever again. And I'd also like to add that this is a real kick in the head with how costly fast food has become. I think I got jipped out of $6 worth tonight. Because I'm calling the extra sauces a complete waste of money since they're just getting thrown in the trash now.
EDIT: so I just got back home and the Whopper is indeed fresh. Not only were the Nuggets old and chewy, but I did not get 16 pieces like I ordered. I got 12. This place absolutely sucks. If you're coming through, just come on through to Indianapolis and go to a different Burger king! This place is so off the rails bad, it's ridiculous.
EDIT 2: I have the burger set aside for a little while, like 15 minutes maybe, just start putting into it and there was something off about it. It's not a big deal, but it's just another thing they got wrong. They put cheese on it. I didn't order the Whopper with cheese. But what really sucks about it, is that I'm trying to get the cheese off and it is super melted onto the patty! I can't actually get it off easily. Oh my God nothing was right at this...
Read moreIn an age where speed often compromises quality, this fast-food restaurant manages to deliver both with remarkable grace. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with an atmosphere that balanced efficiency with genuine warmth. The staff worked with choreographed precision, their smiles as inviting as the aromas drifting from the kitchen.
Each bite told a story of freshness — crisp vegetables that still whispered of the earth they came from, perfectly seasoned proteins that balanced flavor without overpowering, and breads and buns so pillowy they seemed to cradle the ingredients with affection. Even the fries, so often an afterthought elsewhere, arrived golden and audibly crisp, yet tender within — the kind of detail that proves no element here is treated as secondary.
Service was swift without feeling rushed, and presentation, while simple, conveyed an attention to detail uncommon in its category. This is not merely a place to fill your stomach; it’s a reminder that “fast” and “good” need not be mutually exclusive.
In a world full of forgettable meals, this one lingers — not just...
