Had an issue with a purchase. Trying to not make a scene by bringing back sandwich with a line full of customers ordering, I decided to call the following morning. Having no expectations at all just making them aware of situation. After calling and asking to speak to someone in charge, I spoke to a woman who offered to replace sandwich. I came in and ordered, let cashier know who I was and she failed to notify management who was there and embarrassed me to no end. My salads are rarely chopped, my subs are mostly bread, my order is given to another customer or aren't ready or even started, "special instructions" options are overlooked. They had to remake my order and needed to go by the details in my email confirmation, gloves on, they handled my phone, tapped the screen, slid it down the line with each ingredient, gave me my phone and order and prepared the next person's sub without changing gloves.
