Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indiana

I ordered breakfast from there, a breakfast wrap and a soft taco supreme with no tomato. I get to my job which is 18 minutes from this location and go to sit down at my desk to eat the taco. Luckily, I fully opened it to put the sauce on to where I found a dead fly on my taco. Immediately I said that’s disgusting and called the Taco Bell to make them aware. I did not want my food replaced, I didn’t even really care about a refund. I just wanted to let them know because again that is disgusting to which I was met with from the employee that she didn’t see any flies around the facility and that she watched the person make it as I’m talking to her on the phone. She’s talking to a person who made the taco. I said it’s neither here nor there, there is a dead fly on this taco and I reiterated it I am not looking for a replacement because at this point I can’t trust any of the food that comes out there. I didn’t even eat the other crunch wrap that I ordered to which I was hung up on by the employee. I am going to this place to get a refund because at this point, you were rude enough to hang up on a customer mid conversation. I will never be eating here again.This place is very unprofessional...

Horrible service!! Placed mobile order, went to mobile order speaker and was ignored. Drove to window and was told I'd have to drive around again and give my name at the speaker because they can't give me my paid for food until I do. Played their stupid little game and they didn't even get my order right. Tried to go in to get the cinnamon twists they forgot, and the door was locked at 8pm. They motion for me to go through drive thru AGAIN! When I got home l realized they gave me strawberry twists instead of the cinnamon twists I ordered. They also gave us two drinks with no straws. I overheard them tell a woman at the drive thru next to us that they don't have chicken enchiladas, she said "it's on your menu" and he still insisted they didn't offer that item. Every single time I come to this location they are rude, they don’t put my order in correctly, when I try and have them put down what I actually want to order they give attitude and won’t change it, they won’t give forks or straws when you order things requiring them. When you call to ask to come back and get your items replaced they didn’t give you / gave you the wrong thing they tell me it’s not their problem and they put it in wrong so that’s what I get. And when you ask for something small like no tomatoes on an item they’ll put extra, even if you tell them you’re allergic, which has happened to me multiple times.
