McDonald's — Restaurant in Indiana

The customer service is sad for a franchise of its size. Within the past few months I have been there two different occasions in which both instances the employees were extremely rude. Tonight I went through the drive through to get a large coke. It was just that simple. The man at the window took my card and handed it to me and crumbled the receipt then asked if I needed it. Fortunately for him, I did not. After that I was handed a coke 3/4 full and kid you not had 1 ice cube in it. I had already driven off so I took the drink back through the drive thru and proceeded to tell the man what had happened. He then said "Well Boss man, the machine does it automatically so every drink is the same and what your saying is impossible." With that being said I was still handed a new drink and then showed the man my straw hadn't been opened and I didn't need a new one. All in all the point of this is that I'm officially fed up with the poor customer service. When we got there the cashier was sitting at a table on her phone...she came up to take our order and then went back to sit down at the table again. ALL of the tables were dirty..I went up to request a rag to clean a table off but no one came to the counter after waiting and waiting so I got some napkins and lots of hand sanitizer and cleaned off a table so we could sit down. Food came out quickly and fries were hot but the quarter pounder was dripping in grease so much so that I sat my box down on the table to open it and it left a large greasy spot. Now mcdonalds isn't the healthiest food I know but I ve never had a sandwich with that much grease. During our meal we were bombarded by so many flies buzzing around all of the tables and trying to land on our food. Someone had spilled a drink in front of the drink station and it was sitting there for everyone to walk through. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a medium fry. I had requested my food cook to order. I received my food sooner than expected, so I was immediately suspicious. I asked the employee that handed me my food that my food was cooked to order for confirmation. The employee insisted the food was fresh and even had the nerve to say "careful with the fries". None of my food was made fresh. Only the buns. I was too hungry to decide if the meat was actually fresh or not. The more I ate the more I realized they weren't fresh as I requested. The big indication was the fries. They were obviously not fresh. Not stale, but close. I was truly disappointed. I returned with my burgers finished and a bag of almost cold fries. I eat much faster than most so I'm 100% sure they weren't fresh. The manager apologized and gave me a free large fry.
