Arby's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

This place has the laziest staff of any Arby's I've been too. Sit at the register for 25 mins waiting for one of them to.come take my order. They just talked with each other even after looking at me multiple times. I tried calling them over a few times. Then one of the workers from the truck stop comes over and asks for some food and they get it right away skipping me entirely and taking with him more while I'm standing right beside him. The woman working for Arby's turned away after talking to the store guy without even saying a thing to me even while I'm trying to talk to her to get an order. Finaly an Arby's guy comes from the truck stop side and into Arby's and gets my order. Order 3 things. Simple fries, Buffalo Chicken sandwich, and mozzarella sticks. The food takes forever to come. You would think they went all the way to Idaho to get potatoes to wash and cut them just to burn them in the frier grease that made them taste like it hasn't been changed in ages. The receipt even said a sandwich and they got me a slider that didn't have a whole pice of chicken ok it but a single chicken nugget that didn't even take up half the bread. The woman that did it had no cares in the world was not paying attention to any of the orders and didn't need to be working there if that's how she wants to be. She cared more about fixing the 50lb of fake jewelry she had on and the cloth over her head. Practically threw the bag at me when I went to grab it. Didn't see it was wrong untill I got back to my truck and all it had on it was Buffalo sauce. None of the ranch sauce and I asked for extra ranch packs with it but she didn't have time to pay attention to an order because it would be inconvenient for her. Corporate needs to either get rid of the trash working here or close this location down because the people that have working there are trash and bad rep who don't...

Do not even get me started with this place Saturday night on January 2 of 2021 at 8:50 at night now the restaurant prior to being into this place was Denny’s when the truckstop burnt down well apparently they thought it was going to be the right idea to bring Arby’s it well so did we I am a frequent visitor there I mean I know beyond a shadow of a doubt if I need a shake a large chocolate shake it’s $4.35 I go up there and I get my husband one of these things at least two or three times a day OK so I go up there tonight I was going to get him a shake and it’s 8:50 PM pull into the drive-through and I’m being told that they’re not taking orders at all mind you just after Christmas this was the same stuff I was hearing right before Christmas so I can assure you that the people that even work for the truckstop or saying the same things that I’m saying because it’s a joke so before Covid supposed to be opened up 24 hours Google says it’s open 24 hours well guess what they’re not open 24 hours then we’re told that They close at 11 and they stop doing drive-through’s at nine why I have no idea Because believe me they have enough staff in there to work but I just see them all standing around whenever I go in there so go in there or pull up tell me they’re not taking orders at all 8:50 PM on a Saturday night I am honestly to the point to where flying Jay’s really needs to get their stuff together and get rid of Arby’s because it’s not doing anybody any good been making a lot of people really angry. I've been coming to this store for over a year and the morning crew is always short staffed but always put to complete the order great morning crew I stop on my days off as well only cause of the service they give I can't say the same thing about night shift they close early and are not supposed to morning shift needs to get a raise because they go above and thats not given anymore great place before 3 when they do shift change service changes they are very slow and very unprofessional the only one that was trying to do stuff is the manager and she apparently can't manage but is a hard worker im sure if she had a better team that she wouldn't have been the only one working this is a repeat problem here except with the morning crew and when I first made this review it got a little better but it's worse than before to the point where I will not step back in on night crew very disappointed in the way they carried...
