Big Shark’s Fish, Chicken and sandwiches — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I’m conflicted about this review because they do cook some good fish and chicken. What I can’t get past is the awful management of the place. I tried with them 3 times and each time it got worse. 1st visit my 15 minute order turned into 35 minutes, I was like ok maybe just an off day, food was great. 2nd visit I called it in and was told 25 minutes, it took a total of 1 hour and 39 minutes, I was hot but I never said a thing, food I have to say was good. 3rd visit was just the worst, didn’t get any food and decided I won’t be back. They can be rude also, I’ve witnessed this firsthand and have experienced it myself. I tend to let that stuff go because you never know what a person has been through in a day before you get there, but by the 3rd visit, I feel like rudeness is on the menu. Good food should not come with bad customer service, different prices at the register than advertised, or excessive wait times that triple what youve been told. 2 stars because the food is good and place is clean. I have been 3 times and plan on going back. I always get the gyro lunch and it smacks. Tons of lamb plus you get fries and a drink for $10. It's a good deal. The guy that i think owns it is really friendly always checks in to make sure everything is good. I'll be bringing more people i work with here to keep this hidden gem going. Inside is basic but has the essentials.

If i had to give a con it would be go easier on the salt with the fries and shrimp people can always add more. Depending on who makes your food will determine if the onions are cooked but i am sure if u ask they will cook them for you. Heads up there is no bathroom but thats...

Food was HORRIBLE. I ordered a gyro. They gave me a gyro with nothing on it but overcooked hard meat. I ordered lemon pepper wings w ff and the chicken was fried so hard I could break a window. All the seasoning was on the bottom of the container. They completely destroyed my coworkers food. It was so horrible he ended up not eating it and ate my carrot cake instead for lunch. Needless to say I wasted $30 for absolutely NOTHING!! The only thing that was good was the carrot cake slice and the dr. Pepper soda. I usually give stores the benefit of the doubt. But, when I went back in to tell about the horrible food the cashier was very rude!...
