La Michoacana Paleteria — Restaurant in Indianapolis

The line was very long due to only having two people preparing at the counter. Service was very slow, but they were incredibly friendly. I ordered a 3 flavors ice cream combo and only got one out of the three flavors. I did not want them to remake my order as they were very behind, so I decided to try the misterious flavors. To my surprise they were very good. The ice cream was very creamy and fresh, they have so many flavors to choose from.. From a tequila flavored ice cream to a ferrero Roche chocolate flavor. Worst customer service ever experienced. I ordered an item on the menu, and requested for some things to be taken off (for personal preference). The lady taking my order started to insist that she was going to charge more (yelling) for taking things off. She then proceeded to charge me for the item I told her I did not want anymore. I told her to give me my credit card back (she had it in her hand) and she refused to give it back, and charged my card, when I told her I was not going to pay for that item. Never...

I’ve been here twice during pre-pandemic an post pandemic times. My family brought me here to try some yummy goodness. The place is pretty spacious. They offer a variety of ice cream, popsicles, salty desserts and many more. It does get busy at times however, they get through the line pretty quickly.

So far Ives tried the coconut popsicle, strawberry popsicle, chocolate popsicle covered with nuts, pistachio ice recreated. They were all delicious!! Highly...
