Burger King — Restaurant in Indianapolis

We ordered online (not the app). The order included 2x 16pc. nuggets. We selected sweet & sour dip but the online system defaulted back to BBQ sauce. After driving 7 minutes to the store drive thru, we still sat for over 5 minutes waiting for our food. Then, we had to go inside because the order was wrong. The wrong dip was the computer's fault, but the store team shorted us one 16pc nuggets. We later discovered that all four cheese & bacon Whopper Jrs were missing the bacon. This store has had its ups and downs for years - apparently now is a down. The manager was away when we pulled up, but she later apologized for the mistake while the other staff mostly just looked like zombies. Hint on hiring: if a person looks like they are on drugs and acts like they don't care about customer service, don't hire them. There is a complete atmosphere of apathy inside this store. Most of the staff clearly consider customers a nuisance. We won't be back any time soon to...

MAJOR UPDATE: WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! JUST WHEN YOU THINK ALL HOPE IS LOST!!! YESTERDAY MORNING WAS HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND ULTIMATELY THE BEST TRANSFORMATION IN BURGER KING HISTORY!!! CLEAN!!! STOCKED!!! ORGANIZED!!! FOOD WAS FRESH, CORRECT, AND FASTEST SERVICE IN I CAN'T EVEN TELL YOU HOW LONG!!! BUT BOY DON'T LET ME EVEN FORGET TO GIVE THE UPMOST PRAISE TO THE STAFF ERIKA AND KELLY, YOU LADIES PLUS THE REST OF THE CREW DESERVE SO MUCH MORE THAN THIS POST!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR BRINGING BACK WHAT HAS BEEN A MEMORY FOR ME SINCE YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG. I PRAY YOU LADIES GET THE ENJOYMENT FROM READING THIS POST AS MUCH AS I DID WITH MY EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD.

OLD POST The service seemed to be quicker and the food was better. It was still messy and the customer service was still extremely rude seemingly the cashier didn't smile at all or seem to happy to be there and the 17 year old girl cussing very loudly...

I dont hate alot of places and im not to picky but this burger king is a joke only reason i go is because its the closest to my daughters school...but i get vanilla iced coffee every morning i like extra vanilla other BKs no prob. This one tells me its already pre made they cant do that.. then today i get one from there it looks ad taste like cream and water moxed together i tell the manager he says I just made it.... uhh first off thought it was pre made? Second cool u made it wrong can u fix it? Hes like here i can add reg. Coffee to it.... uhh nah im good.. every time we go in to eat it makes me sick its always dirty and when they put stuff in your bag u might as well not have had a wrapper cuz its all just in the bag i always keep thinking itll get better but I've seen multiple mangaers in and out and its still the same...
