Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I would like to know why I had soap in our drinks.... I'm guessing they don't understand what soap will do to your system if you ingest it. I had to dump our drinks. I was not going to let our girls try it. I did and confirmed it was soap. Even our order was incorrect and we got food that we didn't even order. I am unable to eat my food. I simply asked for no sour cream and tomatoes. I asked for nothing extra. there are several people with food allergies. We spent $30, just for half of it to be thrown away. Just because we were taking longer than 2secs to order. They were very pushy. Even after I said to please give us time. I worked at taco bell for 6yrs and customer service for 11yrs, I would never. I still have friends that work for taco bell, as GMs, and AGMs. They agreed that it was unacceptable and to dump the drinks. I understand the stresses of working in a fast paced environment and working were customers are not always the nicest. Last time I was here, I ordered a steak quesadilla online. After waiting about 7 mins, someone finally opens the window and asks "are you Kelly". I said yes and the whole staff started laughing. I was caught off guard by that and asked "why are you all laughing when I said my name?" The young man at the window and the young lady standing next to him, looked at each other, studdered, shut the window and laughed some more. I know that people in this industry joke and laugh around and it's usually nothing to do with me or any other customers... But this was very obvious and they didn't even deny it. I wanted to laugh too... I get my food after a few more minutes and the whole interaction sat weird with me, so I opened up the quesadilla and looked through it thinking maybe they tampered with it and thought it was funny. I didn't see anything suspicious... But I was horribly sick the next day. Idk if it was related or not... But I won't be coming back there. I'm a very kind person. I don't look down on food workers. I treat everyone with respect.... I expect to be treated the same. That didn't happen here......

On July 23 at 430pm we went through the drive through. The lady at the window failed to give me my receipt AND MY DEBIT CARD. I live an hour away from this location. Upon realizing that my bank card was missing I called the store. They clarified that my card was there and could pick it up after I got off work. I drove an hour back down to this store at 11pm to get my card and I was refused because they claimed no manager was on shift to open the safe. Funny that no one mentioned that before. It gets better.....then they proceed to ask me to leave and call the police. If that's the professional dynamic that this store is going to take we will never be back. The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. The lady in drive thru was "nodding off" like she was high. That's how I didnt get my card back to begin with. Even the police officer was a bit shocked that NO ONE COULD RETRIEVE MY BANK CARD and he told me to report it stolen and to write a review. Disgusted with this location. Dont go...
