Went inside for the first time. Bathroom first. ... Nasty. Ordered food. Manager was kind and customer service was good. They didn't have pbj at that location anymore. That disappointed my three year old so when he seen that she was sad he gave her a free chocolate chip cookie after asking my permission. Didn't take long to get our food went to get the drinks and that whole area was just nasty I wasn't even sure if I actually wanted to get anything out of the machine cuz it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. There was one woman eating inside as well as a man and his toddler at a different table. I was trying to find a table to sit at and eat but each table was dirty with food on it found one but literally only one was clean. Opened up my Whopper Junior because I noticed there was little pieces of the sliced cheese not on the sandwich but only in the rapper and when I look up the cheese on my sandwich it was like in pieces also I was like what the hell? So I took it back up to the counter and asked the manager to remake it because that was really weird. He was kind and professional and had it remade for me. Oh and I forgot to mention that he gave us a free fry when we first got our food also. So while I'm waiting for my sandwich to be made I heard him tell the cookhe needed three Whoppers with no onion well the cook must have accidentally put onion on one of them anyways so instead of remaking it he unwrap the sandwich open the sandwich took the onion off and rewrap the sandwich. So I said out loud I really hope that person isn't allergic to onions. The manager asked what I was talking about and I told him. The person who ordered the food came inside the store to wait for it and he asked her kindly if she was allergic because the onion had touched her sandwich and she said that she would be fine and they both made jokes about it no one was angry which is good. So anyways I finally get my sandwich which in total only took maybe three minutes go sit down and as I'm eating I realize I keep seeing white stuff on my fingers and all over the rapper but I can't figure out what it could be. I turn my burger over and it was flour on the bread but it was literally almost as if somebody had set that piece of bread in the flower just before wrapping it.I decided to just let it go and try to brush some of it off buy like half the sandwich suddenly the top bun literally just starts falling apart. Anyways we ate in a hurry so that we can get the hell out of there because not only where the tables dirty but the floors were too. that was my first time inside that location I usually go through the drive-through I'm glad I got to see what the inside looks like because I probably won't go to that location anymore at all. Although the customer service was good and the manager was very kind I can't eat food from a place that looks like...

Read moreI just went through the drive-through at the 7430 Rockville Rd Indianapolis IN location to get breakfast and ordered 2 sausage biscuits with cheese.
Jai Ler (employee) confirmed "so no egg." I said that's correct, just 2 sausage biscuits with cheese. She rang my order as 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits minus egg, making my order over $8. I tried to let her know that my order was incorrect. I tried to explain to her that sausage biscuits are $1.59, and she argued, "Well, they are more with cheese. I'm trying to make you a deal here." I tried again explaining to her she was incorrect and was actually charging me more.....at which point she became irritated and said "you're right...you know I don't have to serve you!"
I pulled to the window, and as she opened the window, I got a dramatic breath, like she was mad at me for pointing out her mistake that she was charging me double. This interaction was absolutely ridiculous. I get to work pull out my biscuits, and they look smashed like someone purposely flattened them out. I attached a picture.
As a customer service manager for over 15 years and understanding how staffing issues have been lately, I still wouldn't want this employee working for my company in a customer facing role.
I won't be back to...
