This is a review for a purchase i made on the “college football shop” website owned by Legends.
To be honest I was a little worried after i made this order. Their website looks very legit and they had an item that was out of stock everywhere else. The price was gouged a bit but I was willing to pay extra knowing I missed out from ordering from a larger store front like fanatics. After I made the order the confirmation email went to my spam inbox. After that I started researching and saw all these horrifying reviews as well as a terrible bbb rating.
I’m happy to say my order delivered in great shape and arrived within the expected timeframe. Their website and order tracking is not up to snuff like their competitors but their customer service email was quick and responsive to me when I had a question.
3 stars because this storefront leaves a lot on the table compared to their competitors. If you want your item fast then this is not your place. My order was a drop ship from another seller which meant the added processing and shipping from legends slowed down the delivery. in my case that was absolutely fine as i was in no rush. don’t expect to get your item faster than a month… even if you pay expedited shipping if it’s not something in their warehouse you’ll have this extended processing time. i’ve only purchased one item but my gut tells me they don’t inventory anything, it’s more of a broker type supplier. Depending on who they work with this can certainly lead to quality concerns, so be careful as I could see some of the experiences listed in other reviews here happening… Knowing all this now I would not make any high dollar purchases. Not because this company is fraudulent or even ill willed, but rather just because they will be limited as a supplier given their niche in the market.

I contacted customer service in late December, just before Christmas and was told that due to the weather it was held up in both creation and shipping. Apparently the apparel (jersey's, at least) are made on demand. I was promised the jersey was going to the "top of the production list" and sent expedited shipping with no extra cost to me. The jersey has yet to be received. In the interim, I have contacted customer service four times and finally requested a full refund and right of refusal for this (if it ever does come to me!) on 1/10/23. At this point, a refund was requested and I was told it would be 2-3 business days to hit my account. It's now 1/17/23 and I have yet to see this refund. The customer service agents are pleasant and mostly apologetic, but the company is simply awful. When I chose the Bills Store to make this purchase, I did thinking it was the "local" store, and not a company creating off-brand jerseys and NFL apparel. I also, at that time, checked Google reviews and there weren't any yet, so I assumed all would be fine. Well, I was wrong. My next NFL jersey purchase will be with another company. I am also reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. In the few weeks since waiting for the jersey to arrive (just before Christmas), the reviews are in and all one star and horrible. I paid the premium but they sent it by ground four days after I placed the order, resulting in a much later than promised delivery date. Delivery date was crucial for me. Their shipping policies are not stated on the order form; it just shows the price and the 2-3 business days delivery time. If you go to the fine print in one of their links - not on their order form - they say 2-3 business days of "processing" are needed before they ship. But it does not say that on the order form. Their customer service department just says, "sorry, but there is nothing we can do." And no explanation for why they sent it by cheap ground shipment, which adds to the delay.
