I wish I could give service 10 stars seriously. I wanted to try the impossible whopper so I decided to come to BK. the location was going thru a shift change and couldn’t take orders in the drive thru. I couldn’t some inside so I almost just went to Arbys which is right next to the Shadeland location. But I decided I really wanted to try this impossible whopper since I’m doing a red meat cleanse next month. So I drove 7 min to the next closest location. I am so glad I diddddddd. I have never had service so great. Tears in my eyes seriously. I’m writing this review in the parking lot because that’s how great the service is. I had to do the review NOW. The guy greeted me at the speaker as if I was the first customer this location has ever seen. He made friendly jokes and took my order quickly and accurately. I pulled up to the window and he was smiling waiting for me. He made great conversation with me, double checked my order, offered me a water, and made sure I was taken care of. Customer service must be a passion for him because he is GREAT. i have never ever had service this shocking and amazing. Especially in a fast food environment. I feel bad because I did not ask for his name. The receipt says Angela. But I thank this cashier so much. You truly made a difference in my day. After the first 15 minutes, I pulled up to the second window because I thought the speaker may have been broken or something. While at the window, 2 different employees looked directly at me and ignored me. Neither of them came to the window even just to tell me if they were still closed or anything. I continued to wait assuming that maybe they just came in and were opening at 8 because it was roughly 7:55 when I pulled around to the window. At 8, I pulled back around to the speaker, waited 5 more minutes, then left at 8:05 and went to mcdonald’s. All of the signs posted around the building say they opened at 6. Read moreI started eating lunch here about 2 months ago. Everything was fine but last Monday was horrible though. The burger was served as soon as I order. I was surprised and I was right: cold burger prepared in advanced cause it was rush hour. I ate my burger and went to work. In just about an hour, my stomach started hurting. Food intoxication. I used the bathroom several times. Then yesterday, July 9th, I stopped again for lunch. I ordered the dame menu: double copper and drink. They served a plain burger and fries although I made it clear I don't eat fries. I requested tomatoes and letus, asking them to get the fries back.
