So I ordered the rolled chicken taco combo, a mountain Baja blast(part of the combo, and 2 nachos and cheese at this particular Taco Bell(Us52 and 465 exit). Upon pulling up to the window they give me a standard Mountain Dew which at this point I thought was no big deal. (I like any flavor of Mountain Dew) They then tell me my total is $5.40 something when the combo is 4.99 plus tax and 2 nachos and cheese being $1.49 a piece. At this point I ask if I they got my nachos and cheese and they ask what nachos and cheese. I then explain to them I wanted the rolled chicken taco combo plus the 2 nachos and cheese. At this point they rung me up and I left. Upon getting home 20 minutes later I realized that I only had one order of nachos and cheese, the wrong drink(not a super big deal) and they’d only given me a receipt for the rolled chicken taco combo which didn’t include the nachos and cheese. Read moreWhile ordering off of the “lunch” menu at 10am team members repeatedly stated they didn’t have any items made of several options i attempted to order. I understand having to wait additional time for them to drop/make something that isn’t ready yet and i told them i didn’t mind pulling around and waiting. They became clearly annoyed and even rude. I think you need to implement a breakfast only timeframe like Mcdonald’s if you don’t want to serve the your entire menu. Don’t get mad at a customer for ordering something that you have to work harder to make, I didn’t design your menu structure, be mad at corporate. Drove down to the TacoBell off Emerson and they made it right away for me, were incredibly kind throughout, and even told me about a discount promotion they had going on to make what i ordered cheaper for me. Read moreThey forgot items to my order. We knocked on the door to get the order corrected and the employees stared at us and did not answer. We called to inform the employees that we had missing items to our order and they told us we had to get back in line and re-order the food. They did not apologize and insinuated that they didn’t care that the line was long. We got to the speaker to again explain what happened and we’re accused of lying about missing other items to our order because we didn’t disclose that with our initial phone call… when we called, we had not finished checking through our bags as it was a large, $40 order. The gentleman told us we would not be receiving these other items and that we would need to wait 30+ Minutes for a nacho.
This is completely ridiculous. I have yet to have a positive experience at this Taco Bell and have lived here for years. We intentionally drive a further distance to avoid going to this store. Tonight reminded me why we do not go to this Taco...
