Went in for lunch right before noon 02/20/25, "helped" by a tall thin girl with dark hair and a nose ring. She was quite obviously in a bad mood when I walked in but not my business, I just want food. Not only rolling her eyes, huffing, and literally throwing and slamming equipment, she was visibly agitated.. I ignored all of that bc, again, not my business. Until I asked for chicken salad, she responded "I have to go prep that" I said "okay, no problem, that's fine" to which she snapped back "I bet it is" so I asked if everything was okay. FIVE TIMES in FIVE different ways! She ignored me. Until I asked her coworker if I did something wrong and if the the other employee was okay. That she heard fine. This girl snapped. She started yelling many things, including, that she has machines going and she can't hear, what would I expect, maybe I should have said ma'am or excuse me (which I did), shes working not listening for my voice. I told her that she doesn't have to be in a good mood but kindness goes a long way. She literally slaps her hands to her sides and said ugh, ya know what, can I just make the sandwiches? I SHOULD have said you should have prepared for lunch rush well before noon, and it's not my fault you're under prepared. It's Friday.. but I didn't. I actually said no, I'd rather you didn't and asked her coworker to finish. I was calm and polite while being berated and blamed (for not speaking loud enough and making chicken salad?????). I paid 23 dollars to be yelled at and have sandwiches thrown together in spite. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Of course, no one apologized so it must be a daily event there. The attitude definitely changed with the next customers so hopefully she will treat people like huma beings going forward.. I manage in retail and behavior like that would cost their job. Read moreI want the owner of the store Amar Dhami to know that I went into his store prepared to by sandwiches for 6 ppl around 7:15 pm today.. let me exclaim that I am a black woman and I had my granddaughter and her best friend with me.. Amber watched me walk in and my grand girl was standing over by a table that has acorns on it.. she kept looking at them with disgust and she said to me what can I get for you.. I said well hello... she repeats what can I get for you I said you didn't speak she said yes I did and then I said what can I get for you .. I waited but then I decided not to give my money to your establishment... she was nasty and rude and I could feel her racist hate spewing from her eyes and her tone.. I am beyond sick of ppl having jobs and can't utilize the common courtesy that should be given.. working is a privilege and I'm sure that Subway would not condone employment to ppl that can't keep their racism home... my mother owns a home nearby and I will make it my life's duty to tell her and anyone that I encounter about your rude employee Amber.... and to never use this store... I will now be driving to another subway thanks to Amber... and I will file the complaint with better business bureau as well.. this subway is 7505 Brookville Road Indianapolis Indiana.. the other young lady there was a sweetheart not Amber...

Ordered on line using App today. I tried to order using my Fav as a recent order but it wouldn’t let me so I had to do a New order, no problem. However once I finished the custom sandwich, I noticed it did not let me select a pick up time and instead confirmed my pickup at 3:30, which was from my previous order? It wouldn’t copy the sandwich order, but it copied the time from the old order. I couldn’t find anywhere to change it but saw in order to cancel, I would need to call. I called with my conf # but was told I could not change the pickup time. Since I wanted it for lunch (not late in the day), I ask to Cancel. Clerk called his manager and I was told nothing could be done. He offered me to call the manager direct which I did not do. I also was experiencing a language barrier. I cannot believe that it is impossible to change a pickup time? I also cannot believe I wasn’t able to cancel, since it says I just need to call the store to do that? At no time would they even let me give them the conf# either. Apparently they cannot see an order that is not showing on their computer yet maybe? Anyway, I made it clear after I pick up the order (that I was not able to cancel so I could make a correct order) that I will not order...
