Disappointingly Dirty Burger King Experience
I recently visited this Burger King location, and I must admit that I was thoroughly disappointed with the cleanliness of the establishment and the demeanor of the staff. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of hygiene and professionalism in a fast-food restaurant.
First and foremost, the state of the bathroom was nothing short of revolting. The lack of proper maintenance was evident as the floors were sticky, the sinks were filthy, and there was an overpowering stench that filled the air. It was clear that the restroom had not received the attention it desperately needed for quite some time. It is imperative for any establishment, regardless of its nature, to provide clean and sanitary facilities for its customers. Unfortunately, this Burger King location failed to uphold this basic standard.
Additionally, the staff members working at this Burger King were far from friendly. The employees seemed disinterested and lacked the enthusiasm that one would expect in a customer service-oriented industry. Their indifference towards customers was evident in their poor verbiage, lack of attentiveness, and overall apathetic demeanor. As a customer, it is disheartening to be met with such unwelcoming attitudes within a dining establishment.
Furthermore, it was clear that the store manager, whom I encountered during my visit, was not setting an example of professionalism. This individual, a little short man, dressed sloppily and did not exude the kind of leadership one would expect from a manager. His lack of attention to detail and poor grooming reflected negatively on the overall image of the establishment. It is essential for a manager to maintain high standards of professionalism and ensure that employees follow suit. Unfortunately, this was not the case at this Burger King location.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend this particular Burger King location due to its unsanitary restroom conditions and the unfriendly demeanor of the staff. The lack of cleanliness and professionalism at this establishment, including the store manager's poor maintenance and untidy appearance, left a lasting negative impression. I hope that management takes immediate action to rectify these issues and restore the reputation of this Burger...
Read moreAs my boyfriend and I were walking in there was an employee standing just outside the door smoking. We head in and the manager is standing in the lobby chatting with a friend. I count to 10 rather slowly. I typically leave after 10 seconds. My thing is greet every customer 10feet or 10 seconds. There was a guy standing at the register waiting. The manager still chatting. A girl behind the counter and the smoking employee came in. The manager finished up talking to her friend. Starts to head back through the door back to work and asked the guy in front of us if his order was taken. He replied yes. The manager headed to the back. The girl that was behind the counter messed with some brooms and walked past us. Then she gave the guy in front of us half of his order. The manager came up front with his salad and nuggets. Then he starts to leave. She approaches us after 4mins of not being greated. My boyfriend proceeds to inform her why we are not eating there. She said ok have a nice night sir. This is my last night. We pointed out that the guy was smoking too close to the door, and we waited too long. She then said i was counting inventory. The my boyfriend said you were out here talking. She said. Yeah, because I haven't seen her in a while and tonight is my last night. She must have said sorry sir have a good night and okay, this is my last night close to 7 times. If you would like to see this on camera we were in at 9:10pm. My boyfriend was in a gold DC Shirt. This is the exact reason why we have stopped coming to Burger King. The employees just don't care about the customer when in all reality the customer pays their check. BK needs to crack down on customer service if they want to be better than MCDonalds, rally's, Taco Bell or Wendys. There are plenty of other places around this area to eat and frankly this BK needs...
Read moreUpdate: as is my custom this restaurant lost a star today. Was actually surprised they had 3 stars to begin with because I despise this location even more than I dislike the brand in general. I even told my wife, “I highly doubt it but I hope I can take away one of their stars from this experience.” My lucky day.
DoorDashing, get an order for this location. Walk in, 6 people in line at the register, I see the completed order sitting in the warmer. I ask several employees as they’re walking around if that’s the doordash order sitting up there, my inquiry goes completely ignored. Cashier still ringing up orders despite being 7 minutes down already. No clue why. Finally gets done taking everyone’s orders, I ask if that’s the doordash that’s been up for 25 minutes that I’ve been standing here trying to collect for 10 minutes now. She checks, lo and behold it is! Hope it wasn’t too cold and stale for my customer. Hope the other poor souls ordering food didn’t mind waiting a half hour for their orders. Seriously, why does anyone come here when McDonald’s is right across the street, cheaper, and better tasting? I will never know how this location or the company as a whole stays in business.
Really only getting 3 stars because service was so fast. Food was average as usual, 38 bucks for 4 people is outrageous at a fast food restaurant even if I did let them go ham with the order, and the service was matter of fact rather than friendly. To top it off an employee was leaving as I was coming in and shouting at the top of her lungs at her ride on the other side of the parking lot about "bugs". Not sure what to make of that but the store was busy enough that I'm sure none of my food had enough time to get infested.... anywho, probly best to hit up mcds across the street if you're looking for value and...
