Food is usually fresh and high quality. Drinks are usually good as well. Decently fast service and USUALLY friendly and respectful. In the last few weeks I've been to this same location 5 times. I live about a 10 minute drive away. All 5 times I've had an item missing. First was marinara sauce that I asked for and was printed on receipt. Next few days we went again and the medium cheese curds were missing, went back very next day and they said they usually don't refund unless it's same day, or I have the bag they gave me (which is ridiculous) even though I had receipt. Next visit they forgot both of my fries, had to go inside to get them. Next few days I went and got a double mushroom and swiss, paid for double got a single, checked everything else, that was only issue. Next couple days went with the receipt and spent 29$, got the same double mushroom and swiss combo, asked to take price of sandwich off for the mistake made two days ago, they declined and only offered 5% discount, I complained and said I paid extra for an item and didn't receive it, ruining the whole dinner experience after driving home. The manager said "we can't refund based off receipts, we need to make money too" and lightly slapped the cash register and walked away. I laughed in disbelief, told the window guy I was telling corporate and he chuckled and smiled and then said "they ain't going to do nothing". I drove off and checked the food, they forgot the marinara sauce AND ranch sauce for the large cheese curds AGAIN. I went inside and politely told the manager I thought that was unprofessional and not fair to me as a repeating customer. I am a manager myself and could never imagine talking to an employee like that especially a customer after simply stating they want a discount for being served incorrect items several times. This was Thursday, 4/27/23. I hope they learn some customer service skills, I've spent over 100$ in under 3 weeks at the same location. I'm well aware of the business having policy on the returns and refunds due to fraud and people that lie about it. However, I did call each time an item was missing to get my name put down and it rang non-stop even after several attempts. They said their phone isn't working both times when I said I called about the mistakes. I usually never complain about fast food but when it's repetitive and clumsy I feel the need to complain and ask for a refund. The business as a whole messed up a simple order repeatedly in a short span of time to the same customer and I felt ridiculed for asking for a fair return for bad...
Read moreThird time in 6 months this Culver's has messed up my order. And I always go inside to place orders to go. This time they messed up three things: one double butterburger got rang up as a triple, the second double butterburger ordered as "same toppings as the first but with cheese" ended up as a double butterburger with cheese and nothing else on it, and the medium Reese's peanut butter cup concrete mixer ended up as peanut butter. The whole time taking my order, the kid ringing it up kept saying "no problem, no problem." Obviously there's a problem with his listening skills, or a problem with the food prep team following what the order says. While waiting for my food, I watched about 8 kids in Culver's uniforms (all looked under 20) in the area. About 3 of them appeared to be actively working. The other 5 were chit-chatting or just hanging out. I saw one customer walk in and stand in front of the counter where two girls and one guy (uniformed employees) were standing near registers just doing their thing. Finally, a guy in a grey Culver's pull-over (manager, maybe?) walked over and asked if the man had been helped then took his order. Is Culver's operating a charity for attention-challenged youth? Or has their business model changed so that if you don't submit your order on the phone app then you shouldn't expect it to be accurate? Either way, the prices, which were once justified by the food quality, are now unacceptable due to the poor odds of getting the food one actually orders. Pathetic. I'll miss the concrete mixers. Will have to start driving to the closest Dairy Queen for a...
Read moreThe Concrete Mixers are delicious.
The Culver's Double Deluxe was delicious. The smash burgers had crispy edges, and mixing that with the cheese and fresh toppings made this double deluxe a hit. I couldn't put the burger down because it was that good.
The Wisconsin Cheese Melt was delicious. Two burger patties topped with cheese and onions on warm, buttery toasted bread. The onion rings were perfectly crispy, as were the french fries. The concrete mixers, as always, were creamy and delicious.
The cheese curds were hot and delicious, and I enjoyed eating the white more than the yellow ones. The white cheese curds were creamier and tasted better. I enjoyed eating The Culver's Bacon Deluxe. It was perfectly cooked and could taste the richness of the meat from the butter and paired well the smoky bacon and fresh toppings. All in all, a delicious burger. The French Fries were deliciously crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. For dessert, I enjoyed two Concrete Mixers, both the seasonal Salted Caramel Pumpkin and the daily flavor, which was Mint Explosion. The Salted Caramel Pumpkin was warm from the spices, sweet from the caramel, smooth and a great representation of the season. The Mint Explosion Concrete Mixer was an explosion of minty flavors with various textures. It was thick, creamy, and refreshing all at the same time. We enjoyed the friendly service...
