Well this subway is inside Shell gas station which is very very busy all day and all night and the things that made it stand out from all other locations is that it's connected to Shell gas station and it used to be open 24/7 unlike many other locations that close at a certain point which imo made it great because late at night when you got your lunch break or had the munchies or whatever and the other choices for food at that time was all deep fried greasy garbage and a fresh foot long sub is a great choice for that late night mean, But now they block off the entrance to the dining area and only take online orders and 3rd party delivery like Uber eats and door dash, so the thing with subway food is if that's one of your only choices for a quick meal on the go then it's a better choice than fried foods, But the more you eat it the more you get burned out until you reach the point where just the smell of the bread makes you nauseous, if it wasn't for the new pro sandwiches I wouldn't be messing with them, But I will say that the cookies at subway are the best I have ever had, But this location has a very high turn over rate, They cannot seem to find good people to stay and work so every week or soo they have a whole new staff there and I have personally had words with quite a few of them for attitude and issues pertaining to my orders, But then again I've had issues with cashier's in the gas station portion as well, And imo the main reason they have so many issues with keeping good people employed at either business is because they continue to hire teenagers who don't care about that job because they know they can have another one the next day, And that makes for a very explosive environment and a hostile work environment for the good employees, I have personally had to put a few of them in their place on occasion, So if they want to rake in the dough, If they want to stop the revolving door of employees, And if they want to stop the incidents where they potentially have a fight break out and some teenage girl is getting beat down for saying the wrong thing to the wrong person then my suggestion is stop hiring kids to step into...
Read moreI came to this Subway after leaving both Mooresville AND Camby Subways because BOTH stores were out of all soups & my preferred bread. This Subway was out of chicken soup & chocolate chip cookies. They put cookies in but said it'd be 10-15 min wait. Since this was my 3rd Subway attempt in 30 minutes I decided on a different soup & skipped cookies & ordered a sandwich. I no sooner said sandwich name & employee asked the next lady in line what she'd like. I said EXCUSE ME I'm not finished ordering. I'd like soup as well. She did apologize because it was VERY rude. No hard feelings. The sandwich was decent, I do love their subs but the broccoli soup was disgusting. Way too thick, like mashed potatoes thick, my spoon literally stood up in bowl & the consistency made both my daughter & me gag. We tossed it & I went to the grocery store & bought my daughter Chunky Chicken Noodle since she was only having soup & we threw out the nasty Subway soup.
Minutes prior at Camby Subway the employee asked me to have a seat because another employee was sent to Walmart to pick up more bread & they'd be back any moment (Baked fresh in store daily? Really?) She also sternly stated they aren't making more soup for just one person because it'll get wasted which is why I went to the 465 & Kentucky Subway. A 24-hour Subway can keep making soup without it being 'wasted'. The 1st Subway I tried was in Mooresville an hour before close. All 3 employees were sitting at table in dining area & literally remained seated until I was in front of counter. I would've ordered another type bread had they not been out of all soups & chocolate chip cookies as well. My experience with these 3 Subways were within a 1-hour period of...
Read moreOne of the worst and nastiest experiences of my Subway life. I mean this place is disgusting it's a 24-hour location and they only do online orders after a certain time so apparently they block off the whole Subway and make you go through the front for some reason to be able to pick up your food but they do this by putting raw carts of food and pizzas because they also have a Noble Romans in there too and they use the big carts to block off the entrances and allow raw food just to sit out and get warm and then cook it and serve it to others. The white older lady in the front was one of the nastier people that you will ever have to deal with. Basically acted like you were interfering with her. Black guy actually fixing the sandwiches was absolutely horrendous I wouldn't let him fix me a bologna sandwich I felt immediately nauseous after I ate it and I will definitely post a picture to show you what I mean. Overall I would give this restaurant a minus one star if I could it's one of the more disgusting places that I have eaten as far as food and people which is a shame because they have a Noble Romans in there and they have a Subway and it's a really unique idea that could be really good if they had the right people running it. I would fire everybody working there if I owned it.. absolutely repulsive before you let a few bad apples ruin your whole business.. you do what you want I definitely won't be eating there ever again and I would recommend no one touch this place with...
