I held off on 5stars and will update when I see consistency is good. Got a family feast and prices are $5 more than usual but the sauce was how jacks is supposed to be and how it was for 2 decades when I was younger. The flavor was great and pizza was cooked exactly how it's supposed to be and I'm so glad one opened back up for the west side and hope the consistency is better than the previous westside jacks pizza stores. Edit, took my rating down a star because the 2nd pie didn't taste like the 1st one I got. The sauce wasn't seasoned as good and the pepperoni wasn't as plentiful as the 1st one. I hope to God it doesn't go down hill like all the others. Will update if things change for the better. And the feast isn't a combo anymore and cost about $7 more which is a lot more Family feast is about $29 at other locations, here just a xl 2 topping is that price. Sad because I was gonna be a regular customer and now it's back to only ordering a few times a year from the stop 11 location. The drive isn't worth saving the extra $5 to $7 but it's the principle. These pizzas aren't thick enough or have enough toppings to be this price. Edit again, decided to try the place a few more times and each time the pizza was worse. Sucks to see that another jacks will probably go out of business over nonsense. I've gotten probably 8 more pies just hoping things would get better and nothing has changed. It's still about 1 or 2 out of 10 you buy are ok and edible. Edit, deleted half the review and raised my starts. It's getting better, but the new bread sticks aren't very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI saw recently where there is a jack's pizza on rockville snd girl school road. Now I work evenings and nights and I literally got off work at twenty til eleven I live on rockville rd 5 min tops from Jack's pizza I was already Heading that way. I called to order a pizza and was asked if I could be there by 11 because they closed the doors at 11 which is fine and I told her. Yes, I can I said I literally just live right down the road. With exasperation in her voice Because she didn't want to take an order. I told her never mind and hung up. I then tried to call back. Because I just felt that that was uncalled for I wasn't gonna order anything. Big anything extravagant anything complicated, a simple cheese pizza. Because I understood that they closed at 11. When I tried to call back and nobody answered the phone. But I thought you said you closed at 11. So how come nobody's answering the phone now? I didn't see anywhere where it said we stopped taking orders at 10:45pm I didn't see anything saying we closed the doors or we stopped answering the phone's at 10:45pm. It's advertised that they closed at 11. So under the assumption of that, I would assume that they would take orders up until 11 o'clock right or wrong?? Because of this one encounter, I will never eat at jack's That 1 encounter left such a bad taste in my mouth. I will not support a company or someone that acts that way. She should be happy that she has a job. When there are so many out here who don't and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRockville Rd./Girls School Rd. Location When we ordered a pizza about a month ago, it was a carryout order. We waited the maximum time it said it would be ready, then had to wait another 30 minutes once we got there to pick it up. After getting it home, it was overcooked and there were missing toppings and some barely-there toppings! When we called about this, employee Anthony told us we would get a complimentary pizza the next time. We tried to take that offer tonight, and the boyish voice on the phone, who was supposedly a "general manager", would not honor this complimentary pizza because apparently Anthony had not written it down (and wasn't there). It is obvious to us that this employee/manager of Jack's did not value us as customers. Rather than keeping us as customers, we're going to get our money back. That's the option we should have taken in the first place, but instead we chose to give Jack's another chance. This employee/manager ruined...
