KFC — Restaurant in Indianapolis

When I got up to the counter to order the lady at the counter claimed she was the assistant manager and not once did she smile or read my order back, actually had attitude with me and my boyfriend but as soon as another person came in the door that was not white she was super friendly with them. We ordered a bunch of sides so we could mix together what we wanted like their famous bowl BUT the Mac & cheese bowl I ordered apparently isn’t sold at this location until the 19th but instead of informing me of this prior to purchase she just rang up a normal kfc famous bowl and acted as though everything was available and I would be getting what I had ordered. I received my food, had the wrong famous bowl in the order, I had asked for an extra bowl so I could mix whatever of the sides together, never had any issue at any other location with that request, yet here I was told I would have to pay $5 just like I had ordered another famous bowl to eat for me to get an empty bowl due to having to count everything for inventory…I have been a manager in a few fast food places and one bowl will NOT break the bank or get you fired especially if you have a valid reason for giving out the extra item being requested…I’m sure there is more then a famous bowl of free food that goes to the staff/friends and family of the staff daily if not multiple times a day.

Staff is overall very judgmental, rude, racist, and overall one of the worst kfc Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to literally ever. Wouldn’t recommend going here if you have any kind of special request for any items across the board because they will NOT accommodate you in any way that inconveniences them or might mess up their inventory in any way at all.

The ONLY positive thing I can say about this location is that the store itself was decently clean and most of the way stocked in the lobby…might have to wipe down your own table and chair/booth before sitting down to enjoy a Luke warm meal…

Also none of the staff would inform me if the store itself was corporate or franchise and literally refused to give me any phone number for someone in a higher position then anyone in the store, claimed they didn’t have that I formation available to give out and even if they did, I would not be receiving any of that I formation from them and to look it up for myself instead of wasting their time with nonsense…

**might I add, the store was NOT busy at all inside or drive through for the duration of the time I was there…0/10 across the board, only gave a one star above to be able to leave this very lengthy and...

Long story long, I eat at Taco Bell more than I'd like to admit, but this was the first I went to this location (Combination KFC and Taco Bell). I ordered the usual things, but my wife stopped drinking her soda, sampled mine, and told me it tasted moldy. I eventually came around to tasting how "off" it was and we both dumped out the majority of the vile stuff. Couldn't take another sip. What a waste of money.

A couple hours afterwards, I had some nasty sulphuric burps, paired with diarrhea. Now, one might jokingly suggest that this is par for the course with Taco Bell, but as a pretty frequent customer to other locations, this was unusual for me.

Also, my hard taco wasn't fresh. Served to me in a soggy state. Just, a whole lotta meh.

The soft hard taco is a hit or miss thing, but the sickness I got from the soda or the food definitely won't have me returning to this one.

Deep clean your danged soda machines or fix your water supply...

Just went through the drive through there, ordered a $20 fill up meal, half the pieces were supposed to be grilled chicken, the other half, original recipe. Got home, which was less than five minutes away, opened up the box. The original recipe chicken was ok but the grilled was hard, cold, and inedible. Two pieces did not even have skin on them. The pieces must have been sitting up there for hours waiting on me. Why would someone put cold, old chicken in someones order? The biscuits were also cold and hard but at least I could heat them up at home and make them edible. I talked to Keith and he told me to come back they would replace the grilled chicken, but it will be days before I get the nerve to head that way again. To spare everyone else's dinner, please CHECK your food for freshness before you leave this location. You might want to check for other things if you catch what I mean. CHECK...
