This evening I went to the Little Caesars website created a profile and placed an order at the waiting over an hour for my order I received a text message that my order was canceled. My children were devastated! I have an autistic child that was in tears and had an episode. Why? Poor lack of communication with your store and customer. It was my oldest daughter's birthday party before she leaves town. No one at the store answered the phone that kept it ringing excessively. No one to reach by phone or email. Door dash stated that the store cancelled the order. I demand a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience. I plan on posting a review as soon as possible. The lack of communication and support affects us directly. Shame on you for making children cry. I left my information after waiting 20 minutes for someone to come through the phone. Not only do I plan on going to the location but posting the location as well. As the president of a non profit organization and a small business owner. AND THEN AT 6:29PM I GOT A TEXT SAYING MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED I CALLED THE DELIVERY CENTER. MY LITTLE CAESARS CANCELLED MY ORDER ON THEIR END SAYING MY ORDER WAS GIVING TO THE WRONG DELIVERY PERSON. AND THEY WILL NOT RE DELIVERY AND OR RE MAKE MY ORDER. I WAS ALSO ADVISED MY REFUND WILL BE 100 PERCENT AND RETURNED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 10-12 BUSINESS . AND IT NOW AUGUST 27TH. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY THEY HAVE NOT TRIED TO DO ANYTHING TO MAKE RIGHT OF THEIR WRONG I KEEP RECEIVING EMAILS THAT I NEED TO WAIT 10-12 MORE BUSINESS DAYS FOR A REFUND. Read moreMans literally ignored me when I walked in to pick up my order that did not alert me was finished, until an hour later. I picked it up about 15 min after the due time already 20 minutes into my own 30 min break & when I walked in the young dude literally looked at me & proceeded to scoop breadsticks into bags ignoring me standing there. Mind you I ordered my food about 10 min after opening & there was no other orders ready at that time except mine. Also the store opened but they did not open the doors until after 10:30. I wasn’t trying to go in - I was waiting for the notification but saw somebody else trying to get in. He did not greet me or ask what I needed or else I could have been in & out but I had to proceed to banging on the plastic barrier because simply speaking to him was not enough. He was intentionally ignoring me & from other reviews he does the same thing.
