Just Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I'm terribly disappointed with Just Pizza to date. I've been a loyal patron to them since they had they're Greenwood location open many years ago. 1979 + The pizzas we received tonight, picked up around 10:30 ish at the 10th street location, the other location is at 21st and mithoeffer, total different area and most diffenitely different class of clientele by far. Our pies we're undercooked to the point golden brown crust was a dream waiting to happen. There's absolutely no value comparing other, more reputable establishments in the area, Jack's, Bob's and the more superior and well known, Aunt Pollies. These pies are no where the same size neither, $36.00 whereas they're no contested competitors offers better product for around $25.00 and they're large pies are different too boot. No the kicker of this no brainer complaint was the customer service. I called the first time at 10:35 PM, with no answer, so I tried again at 10:37 PM. The individual species that answered, automatically yelled, " WE'RE CLOSED ", and didn't offer any assistance what so ever. Now closing time grant you was an hour and 23rd minutes away! Common practice by those people in the " GHETTO", but never that early. Thanks to Obama, our pre~elect president, Hawaiian/Caucasian to get those regretted votes, post inauguration , becomes an " AFRICAN/AMERICAN PRESIDENT, BOY, what happened the the Red. WHITE. & Blue? Back on point here, when asking politely to speak to the manager, twice which my request obviously to difficult for this IPS potential graduate with the typical 7th grade education refused to honor my humble request. When asked her name twice as well, ignored from pure ignorance and rudeness, this BEAST bluntly hung up on me. Ok so I work in customer service as well and had a phone call with a manager lady which was very sweet and understanding with my problem I had ordered a utimate meat and a philly beef cheese pizza with no onion no green peppers add banana peppers get it home and the meat pizza was brilliant the Philly was great to except the veggies I didn't want where on it I paid with my card so I had a receipt when I started the Convo with the manager I never asked her to remake pizza for free I asked if we could work out something and make my pizza correct she put me on hold and talked to the owner and came back to the phone and said the owner wouldn't remake it and that he remembered my order and he made it correct well if so I why do I have the veggies in the box still but I expressed my concerns to the manager about the order and telling her that I never once asked for the pizzas for free and she said she new that and I told her I was super sorry we couldn't fix this and that I would be making a review on the poor customer service that the owner chose to give me as I paid 23.00 dollars for 2 small pizzas and one was wrong food is to expensive now let alone when you have a little extra money to go out to eat on and they make it wrong . I would have been more than happy to pay for the pizza they made wrong I just wanted to make it known it was wrong and treated fairly but they didn't even give me a choice .just that he wouldn't remake it. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE THREATENED BY THE METH HEAD EMPLOYEES!

Me & my Wife ordered pizza to be picked up. When we got there we were confronfed by a blond guy at the counter who looked like he was trying to figure out what year it was instead of what we ordered. When he couldn't find our order he got frustrated & left it to another employee to figure out our order . Turns out we ordered from the wrong location. No big deal right? Well apparently it was, the one guy came back to tell us how dumb we were for ordering from the wrong place. I proceeded to explain to him the mistake & that we were mistaken. He still insisted how dumb we were. (Not exactly in his own words, but it's the east side of indy & I understand that the ghetto didn't raise everyone the same way I was.) We admitted our mistake & walked out to find our actual location of our pizza. As I was opening the door to the car, this raged out meth head decided he wanted to come after me & "want to beat my ass" as he yelled so nicely, followed by another worker as if to let us know that this business is a sham & only caters to people that don't make simple mistakes. When we got in our car to leave he said, "that's what I thought bitche's" What a shame, this business has great potential, but your thugs will keep everyone away if you don't correct it. Now I'm forced to make sure that everyone I can tell (including the BBB & every social media outlet I can find) that you should be afraid to come in to your store.
