I guess I had alien written on my forehead because after we ordered any thing i said either I was not acknowledged or they did not hear me. I asked if they out straws on the drink tray, as my son had already taken it outside to the table and I was told what tray. I stated to explain myself but stopped and doesn't matter and took 3 straws to him. I waited and when my sundae was handed to me I said i had food too. I was told that it was on it's way. When my food order was up I asked if mustard was put on my chilli dog and I was told yes from the grill employee. As I was about to walk out it occurred to me to ask for forks. No one would acknowledge me so I said ma'am excuse me can I have 3 forks. It was then the grill employee told me he put forks in the bag. I ask if I could have 3 forks as the chilli cheese fries were being shared. He said, I put 2 forks in the bag. I told him I needed 3 forks. He said, 3 forks for a chilli dog. I again stated the chilli cheese fries were being shared. As I was getting ready to walk out the grill employee begin to walk toward the back and stated, " shut the f@@@ up and get the hell out of here. To make it worse when I came in I ask if eating in was allowed and was told no but about 5 minutes before we cleaned up and was about to leave someone ordered and sat down in the dining room. I hope the person with their unprofessional communication is not the owner. Again I must have had alien written on...
Read moreWe came here at 9:45pm on Thursday thinking we would be able to get a quick bite before they closed at 11pm (hate to be THAT person right before close, but we figured over an hour was reasonable enough for a Togo order). When we pulled in, the "open" sign was flashing, and we could clearly see two employees standing at the register inside the store and their cars in the parking lot. There was a sign on the door that said that they were short staffed and only running the drive-through, not the dining room. When we pulled around to the drive-through, they would not answer us. We sat in the drive-through for multiple minutes until we finally decided to call the store. They let the phone ring until it went to voicemail (mailbox full, of course). when we tried to pull up to the window to speak with someone, the two employees inside were nowhere in sight. They literally hid from us and avoided our call. Even after sitting in the parking lot for a few minutes to reconvene, they were nowhere in sight (this was now 9:55, open sign still on). Now, we'll get over not getting our ice cream, but it seemed like perhaps the manager or franchise owner would like to know that their two employees on duty went out of their way to avoid serving 8 people 75 whole minutes...
Read moreI showed up 1 minute after closing and the guy on the speaker in drive through was great. He took my order and when I got to the window I realized I had left (lost) my wallet at the gas station before I arrived. I pull off stopped in the parking lot to check the car just to make sure it wasn't under the seat or something. The staff ran out of the store and gave me what I had ordered and expressed how sorry they were I had lost my wallet. I was shocked and touched by the kindness, especially since they were severing me after they had closed. I told the staff I would pay for it the next day and she said that wasn't needed. I made a point to return a few days later to let management know how kind the staff was that evening. I then offered to pay for what I ordered and he said that was not necessary at all. The staff was there that day and remembered me. I found my wallet, someone had found it at the gas station and returned it. They were happy to hear it was returned and the manager gave them a sincere thanks for a job well done. Customer service, at this level, is difficult to find. Well done! You've...
