McDonald's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I like coming here. Unlike what other have said about COLD food and loudy service, I have been coming to this restaurant for four or five years. The food I've received has never been cold and my orders have always been accurate; however, I have nbeen treated rudely in the past by a couple of gals who just happened to be sisters because they thought I was hitting on them when all I was doing was being kind and nice to them. I have an identical twin brother. We talk to EVERYONE. We've gotten attention all our lives from being twins and observing EVERYONE likes us. When I'm alone I often forget myself and fail to realize my twin isn't with me and continue to act the way I do when he is with me. I was at this restaurant two months ago and two younger guys cooking in the back ... one of them looked up at me and laughed, said something to the him they both looked at me laughing almost hysterically. Even though I had paid for my meal in advance I turned away and left. The only problems I've had with this restaurant have not had to do with food quality ;but, have only been in terms of how some of the employees have interacted with me as a customer. When I see an employee, who is preparing my food, look up at me and busy out laughing, then nudge his fellow employee and they both then look at me and both start laughing this indicates their laughter has to do with ME some way and I'm sure not going to eat the food those two guys are preparing for me to eat ... they might "hock a big ol hokker" in my food, or who knows what. I did visit this reataurant today ... it's been three months since I was here last. Had no problem this time ... the place was packed with customers and the driveup traffic was backed up with customers so they must all be satisfied customers. This young man right here at 10:55 as we pulled up to the intercom and immediately said " McDonalds is closed" my husband said "why?" He said "where just closed I dont have to give you a reason", he finally replied that they have to stop serving so everything can be cashed out at 11pm. My husband replied well your closing 5 mins early, my husband said "ok give me your name and manager" he said "I am not required to give that information" my husband then said "ok whatever your employee number" he then replied he didnt have to give that. My husband then said that's fine I'll call corparate and they can figure it out. Husband then said so your turning away service at 10:55 (they actually started at about 10:50 if not a bit sooner). Well my husband was upset by the rudeness so he pulls up to take a pic of him since he refused name or anything, which the boy turns his back and proceeds to flip us off!! Wish I had caught that pic!! He then leans out and says "sorry" my husband says I bet you are. The manager at the front window didnt seem to mind. Then a big fight was going on in there parking lot between some people, screaming, and yelling. Really going...

I go to this McDonald’s on a pretty regular basis! Going to this McDonald’s is literally hell, the people that work there for the most part are rude and snobby like they are entitled because they work there and I don’t give me wrong there are a few there that are older you know what I would say in that are very personable and are very nice and respectful believe and kind of try to throw a conversation out there you know quickly but for the most part they have kids that work there and they are snobbish they feel as if the customer is beneath them and will treat you like garbage through that Mike which I’ve dealt with a lot of that With that store now onto food I would say probably about 80 percent of the time they get something wrong in my mail I’ll ask for a kids meal for a boy and every single time I get a girl toy so and then they look at me like I’m retarded so with that being said yeah the only reason I go there is because it’s close and I have to they really need to go and...
