I have always went to this Mcdonalds, with no problems. I have maybe had my order messed up once here. But that is besides the point, last time I went here I went to the drive thru, I give the kid working at the window my card and he hands me it back and tells me to pull up so they can get me my food ready. Mind you I only order a Mcchicken and a medium fry. So I pull up and wait, and then eventually this "manager" who was the worst manager I've ever had to deal with no customer service, nothing ! He tells me they need my card bak because they never took payment, so I do not give them the card back yet because something is Fishy im not being charged twice. He then proceeds to be a cocky little jerk so I start yelling at this "manager" because he is pissing me off, he is just standing there arguing with me making hand gestures, and even said he is just gonna put my card on the ground!! He would not stop trying to argue with me about how I did not pay after I gave hime the card, he made no effort to move and go pay for it again and get my food. He then threatens to call the COPS ON ME BECAUSE I yelled a little, very aggravated I then drive all the way to the Mcdonalds in Camby, where I had excellent Service from the Lady which I thank her for that... Alright Derrick, yes that is his name. Today, I go in and order a mcchicken again and they add cheese to it for some reason. I take it up to the counter and tell the girl its wrong, alright no problem I got a new one without cheese. and then on the bacon quarter pounder, THERE ARE JUST TINY BACON CRUMBS, not even half a strip of bacon. I take it up there because I payed $5 for it and it doest even really have any bacon on it so at that point I asked for my money back, so they call the for the "Manager" and guess who I see? Its Derrick, but I dont think he wanted to say anything to me this time, and that was a good choice. I then hear him talk about how he is going to fire some girl and I heard all the details, You should not have that conversation in front of customers, go to an office!!! Ive had enough with this location and I will go to another one always for now on, he is the one that needs to be fired not proper manager material at all Ive never even seen...
Read moreThis place is a joke. They forget food for your order, then when you go back to point that out, you're told they can do nothing about it - how can I prove I didn't get something...? So then within that same visit, they...forget the food again.
Placing a mobile order? You better get there before 11:15pm. Scratch that, you better get there well before then because if they're slow, like they always are, then you'll be waiting in line beyond 11:15pm and they'll cancel your order because despite ordering in time, you can't pick up beyond that time? It doesn't make sense.
This location is run very poorly. The standards and quality are very poor. On numerous occasions they have failed. What's sad is that they're "too big to fail," because at the end of the day it's McDonald's...how many small businesses can be as bad as this and survive? None. But because it's McDonald's they get away with it.
Complaint 2: I was in a pinch and went back. Shame on me. They got my order completely wrong again - no surprise - but what makes it worse is that I rummaged through the food, manhandled it, threw my straw wrapper in the bag and when I brought it back to them to get the right order, they took the bag and handed it to the next customer in the drive thru. To the person whose food I manhandled, whose fries I ate and who got a straw wrapper in their bag, I apologize. "But they didn't know," I hear you retorting. No no. Let me be PERFECTLY clear. I looked at the employee and told him explicitly that my hands were all over that food and that it probably just needs to be thrown out. With that information, he still decided to...
Read moreStopped in there to get an iced tea. Iced tea was in a self serve bin right as you walk in. I put my cup with iced tea under the spigot and start to fill it up. Right away, a lady cleaning comes up to me and asked if I paid for it. I said I'm gonna head to register next to do so. Before i could even put the lid on, the manager comes around the register and asks if i paid for the tea. I said that I'm about to do that, and that i realized that i went out of order and that i realized my mistake. She reprimanded me and said that i needed to pay first. I said ok, but to accuse me of theft is is a bit strong to hit me with. Again, i told her that i made a mistake. She wouldn't let it go and said it happens all the time. I said ok, if it's such a problem, then remove that tea from the entrance. Somehow it tempted me to go there first before as well. I never steal tea from somehwere, especially since it's only a buck. Here's my point to the whole thing: you need to be careful what and how you say certain things to customers. I'm not a thief. Even if i accidentally walked out with a cup of tea, as a manager you don't scream after someone "thief " That tea costs McDonalds less than 20 cents. You seriously going to accuse.a customer of thievery? I know what Corporate McDonalds would say about that. This manager needs some retraining. It's just inappropriate behavior. Your customers pay your wages. No...
