Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I placed and order for delivery at 7pm for an 8:30 delivery time. Even called back to confirm the order for delivery and added an item to the order. When order didn’t arrive by 9PM I called back but yet my call wasn’t answered. I then called from a different number and employee at the store stated that my order has been ready and They are just waiting on a door dash driver to bring it. Employee was hesitant to give me his name, when I asked multiple times. Eventually he stated his name was Marques, the shift manager. He also Could not provide me with a time of delivery. When I mention to employee who do I pay he stated I give cash to doordash driver. Pretty sure this gentleman was lying. This Pizza Hut appears to always have staffing issues or selective hours of operation. Below is a photo stating my order is still...

This Pizza Hut is absolutely disgusting! I called to place a order and the guy told me that don't deliver to my area because it's too far, when I live just right around the corner! I placed my order and got my children in the car, when we got inside the dinning area was a mess and had pieces of tissue all over the floor entrance area. We walked to the front to pick-up the pizza when the guy walked up and asked who I was with sweat driping down his face , I my husband name, said okay let me get that, the dude turned around and his pants was sagging and that's when I notice the other two guys were sagging also. I didn't even get the pizza, I left! This is a place of business, dress like you are at work and clean...

When I arrived for my "no contact pick up" it took almost 10 minutes for the representative to take me off the hold I was placed on..even though when I arrived there was only 1 other customer inside. Then it took another five minutes to get my pizza even though it had been ready for at least 10 minutes. On my online instructions for curbside pickup it ask where I wanted pizza placed (passenger door, trunk ect..) I chose passenger seat...he came to driver seat even though passenger seat was closer to him...and the taste of the pizza was not great either..even my 7 year old, who loves pizza said it tasted funny. I will not visit this...
