The front desk clerk lacks customer service skills and was very rude she made sure that we knew she did not work for C.A.F.E also in addition the lady behind the glass was also uninformative as well and could not provide any information about the facility or it's requirements they just hand you a clip board and tell you too have a seat this ,even over the phone they do not give you any information or make you a ware that you will be attending a work shop that last 45 minutes to and hour then everyone is hurdled...

It is a great place to get your needs met. C.A.F.E. before was distant from the neighborhood. Now the are a willing part of the community. I am very pleased with. What I see now.
