Subway — Restaurant in Indianapolis

We went through the drive thru. My sandwich, veggies with oil and vinegar dressing, was missing the oil. The regular white bread bun looked shriveled up, it looked wet but it was dry. The spinach stems were huge, I had to pinch them off. My friend got the steak on ciabatta bread. It looked like one small piece of brown tissue paper instead of actual steak. She had asked for oil, she sure got oil. When she picked it up it was dripping everywhere and continued to drip the entire time she was eating it. The bread was heavily saturated with the oil as well. But I think the oddest part was after waiting a while at the window, we were told there was a mix-up and we had to wait longer. Then she brings the bag to the window with one sandwich in it. She must have seen the shocked looks on our faces, as it's not difficult to count to two lol. Then she went over the receipt again and made someone else bring her the other sandwich. Based on the wait time, I suspect my veggie sub was the forgotten one, as the steak one wasn't hot at all. If I had a larger amount of sandwiches that I was purchasing, I would absolutely do a count to make sure everyone gets a sub. Now making sure they're done correctly, that will take more effort. Honestly, I don't plan on ever going there again, there are plenty of other places that might actually care about giving me what I ordered and and how I ordered it. I placed my order., meal was correct but somewhere down the line making it was cross contaminated or I was given bad food. I had to leave work early because my stomach was so upset right after eating there. I had only had a banana for breakfast and was just fine. I ate a meatball marinara sandwich for lunch. This is my second time at this location first was pleasant. But this second time? My stomach pain is unbearable! I’ve been feeling sick for the past almost 6 hours even after having diaherra right after eating there. Hoping laying in the bed since I’ve gotten off would help but still hasn’t! I have tried to call the restaurant multiple times to speak with a manager but no one has answered my calls. I live too far to go back it’s unbelievable at this point., I know there’s nothing they can do taking this pain away but someone needs to know protocol isn’t being done right. I’m disappointed.

I have gone here four or so times in total. Every time was totally different. The quality of service you receive is extremely based on who you get to serve you. There's an older gentleman who is there that's super attentive to the point. And it makes great looking sandwiches. Then there's a younger kid that doesn't seem to pay attention to you and flat out forgets sandwich toppings that are on there prepaid combo, to the point that if he's at the counter I just walk back out honestly.

The rest are solid workers though regardless, just those two stood out in totally opposite ways and it caught my attention.

The restaurant is very clean inside, and all ingredients looked very appealing overall. Lettuce was crisp, tomatoes still had juice in them on line, and avocado and cheese were not browning or hard on edges. The tables and floor were clean. Well...
