Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Very dissatisfied with this visit. I went through the drive through. The first problem was that they didn't give me one of the items I paid for. The item was the new steak grilled cheese burrito. They also didn't give me any napkins or sauces despite asking me which sauces I wanted when they took my order. I drove back around and let them know they forgot my burrito. They asked me to pull around and told me they would bring it out the side door to me. They did bring it out with napkins and sauces. When I got home, maybe 5 minutes away, all of the food was cold and tasted old. My soft taco was so cold and soggy that it literally dripped water all over everything when I took it out of the bag. My quesadilla was cold and completely dried out. Plus the burrito they brought out to me tasted old and even though I paid for a steak burrito, they gave me a ground beef burrito. I put in an online order and arrived at my pickup time (5:45PM). When I got there my order that I had placed in the morning was no where to be found. When I asked the employees for help they basically stared at me like I was an idiot and kept saying over and over again there was nothing on their screens. I kept showing them my receipt with the order number on it and yet again they refused to provide any help or do anything about it. A manger eventually came out and basically said the same thing. The manager also refused to do anything about it. The manager also said jokingly that they had, had this issue before and hoped it wasn't happening again. An absolutely terrible experience, an unfriendly staff that refused to even look up the order, and a manager who knew of a problem and didn't do anything to fix it and just laughed about it. When this location is on, it is killer, but when it is off, its horrible, despite the clean and modern appearance. We decided to dine in tonight, after waiting at least 15 minutes for our food -during which another couple who were waiting before we got there made a comment about their wait- what we received was a joke. Hardly sauced enchirito, the “current special” chili verde fries with no verde sauce and not even warm enough to melt the cheese and soggy fries, taco with the shell broken in half. The only saving factor was the manager understanding how ridiculous it was. He did not argue, he understood and issued a refund on the worst items out of a $35 order.
