Casey's — Restaurant in Indianola

Unbelievable! I called for a specialty pizza and cheese sticks! They were out of cheese sticks, do to a promotion and them running out. Ashley Roseland is an awesome employee! I asked her if she would make me garlic cheese bread! And by God, she sure did! She used the pizza dough that's use for your normal Pizza, used olive oil and garlic powder and cheese to Make me & my girls garlic cheese bread! This woman, went out of her way, to make something that is not even on the Casey's menu! Again, I say unbelievable!! Ashely did not have to make something that was not on the menu, especially at a busy time, dinner time, but she did!! She went out of her way to make something for a customer! If that's not customer service... I don't know what is! I called her back, and told her what an amazing job she did, and I asked her if I could leave a tip with the delivery guy, to give to her.. she told me no, she couldn't accept tips, but she would appreciate a review. This is my first review I've ever done, and it is by far worth it! It's nice to know, that even with the world as it is right now, that there are still kind hearted, hard worker people out there, that would been over backwards to give someone what they want. To some people, this may not seem like a big deal.. but for an employee of Casey's, to go above and beyond, to satisfy a customer, is what you call extraordinary! Thank you Ashley, for helping feed my kids and I! (Tell you boss, I said it was ok to give you a raise!)

I stumbled into this Casey's and goodness it was a rude awakening. This is probably the worst Casey's I've been in and will never come back here again. Most of the fountains drinks were out of order. They don't offer lemonade. I had a Kum and go cup for refills and had to answer a series of questions. The rather hefty cashier was rude and should not be working and fronting the store. The cashier didn't greet any of the customers. She didn't say "thank you" to anyone There were 3 employees stocking. Most of the isles were blocked off and this is at 3pm..prime time on a Thursday. They should find a different hour to pick for stocking the shelves. Highly not recommended. Go find a QT...

Id Rate 0 if possible, they always are unfriendly here 90% of the time they can’t make your food you order. Then they won’t call to inform you they can’t until you show up 1hr later to pick up your food. Apparently they are always short staffed is what they use for a excuse every time I order here. I will never go back again. Tired of there excuses and poor lack of Customer Service.

The sad part is the employees don’t even know how to make pizzas like a normal Casey’s is known for.
