Everbloom Coffee - Downtown — Restaurant in Indio

I went into Everbloom today. I heard about this place through word of mouth and it did not disappoint. When I got there, I didn't expect there to be a line but there was about 6 or 7 people in front of me.

I ordered a Butterscotch Latte and Almond croissant. The taste on the latte was superb. I tasted the butterscotch in my drink; it was not overpowering which is what I like. I thought when ordering that it may be a drink that was overly sweet but it wasn't! Almost everyone in line was ordering the same drink. ☺️ 10 out of 10.

The almond croissant was warmed and I haven't had a croissant so good since my visit to a pastry shop in Wyoming. When biting into the croissant it is crispy and flaky and buttery on the outside. There are slivered almonds on the outside that are brushed on lightly with honey or sugar (I could be wrong) not sure, but it was not overly sweet. The inside of the croissant was just as you would expect, layered, soft and fluffy with a very light almond filling. Absolutely delicious!

Customer service was very good. Even though there was a long line the cashier took the time to smile ask me a question with genuine interest; the barista behind the machines looked over at me and smiled making eye contact and the barista who gave me my drink thanked me and smiled.
