Four things:
The box combo is a completely unreasonable amount of food. I am unsettled by the implication that this is a normal amount of food for someone to have for lunch.
The amount-of-salt to size-of-beverage ratio is all wrong, and salt is gonna win the battle if you’re getting takeout and can’t refill.
Of all the possible sides that could come with the aforementioned box… fries, sure, that should have been enough right there. Cole slaw? Why the hell not, throw a cup in there and let’s call it dessert. But TOAST? Am I missing something?? Was I raised in some weird un-American bubble where I never once thought “this breaded and fried chicken sure is great and all, but I sure wish I had me a monolithic slab of TOAST to wash it down with”?? You will never convince me that a THIRD side was necessary in the first place, let alone that the third side should be a slice of toast half the size of your head.
But most importantly…
In conclusion: Sure, it’s good. But do we really need this? I mean, especially with In-N-Out RIGHT next door?
Still, it gets 4 stars solely for being an improvement on the old “Raisin ‘n Canes”, the place my old Grangpops and Grindmimmy used to take me that only served Candy Canes...
Read moreWe like Raising Cane's, the food, the company, the general experience. Among the well known chicken concepts we find the food to be pretty much unique in a good way. They only sell chicken fingers, and fries and slaw. Period. No burgers.
First the chicken is always freshly done, the coating is light and crispy and it's hot and fresh. Served generally with fries and dipping sauce it is to our taste lighter than most fast chicken. I find most fast chicken to be dense and dry.
The menu has a lot of combo choices, most of them vary the number of fingers, and you can add their coleslaw (which is a favorite of ours), sides are fries and a slice of texas toast. You can also get the fingers in a bun.
They have forks available, but generally this is an eat with you fingers experience. If that is not something you are comfortable with, this may not be the place for you. A few friends have mentioned that is a problem for them.
The atmosphere is casual chic with a young vibe. Generally all the employees are friendly and can answer questions.
We find that we can split a three or four finger bowl and both feel full. Really enjoy the chicken. Compared to McD's or Chic Fil A, it is very light and alway fresh.

Read moreWent to this new location for lunch last weekend! And probably one of the best and fastest canes I’ve been to in a while! I went through the drive thru and there was about 5-6 cars in front of me but that didn’t matter cause it only took bout 5-10 mins to get through the drive thru and pay for my order and get my food! And the works at both windows were super fast and friendly! As I got my order to go once I got to where I was going I sat down to eat my meal and man when I opened the box it was hot and fresh and smelled awesome! The fries and chicken strips were both fresh and crispy not all soggy and gross like some places! I’ve been to other new canes locations in the past when they first opened and didn’t get the experience like I did at this location! The service , food and interaction with the workers was all around 5 stars! Keep up the awesome work and service and standards and don’t slip and fall like some other places do! Highly recommend this place and I’ll be stopping...
