Update 2/23 I returned to this location, here we go again. Double fail tonight. First trip they forgot to give me one of the drinks I ordered. So I went back an hour later and told them they made the mistake and they admitted it, fine. What I didn't realize until I got back to work was THEY GAVE ME THE HOUR OLD ICED DRINK! What kind of lazy employees do that? It was totally watered down and gross. I also ordered a new drink (that they should of comped for my trouble, but didn't) and they screwed that drink up too by only filling it just over 1/2 full when I ordered a Venti! Why pay full price and only get 1/2 the product? Time to hire some better employees!
Update 5/21 The inside consistently closes early, so if you do a mobile order, expect to wait 15 minutes or longer in the drive thru line to pick it up cold coffee. Defeats the whole reason to do a mobile order! This location continues to be terrible. Original review: Today I found a fly IN my Carmel Macchiato. I am sick to my stomach just thinking about it. Employee's comment was "we have a fly problem because there are fields around us". UNACCEPTABLE in my drink!!
UPDATE 9/20/19. My first time back since the unapologetic fly incident (no manager ever did contact me). Today I ordered another Carmel Macchiato, this one with no foam. At the register the gift card only took $5, was confused as to why still owed $5.20. Gave the young lady $0.20 and handed her a credit card. Was confused as to why the change was given back, told the young lady she should have put the $0.20 as cash and ran the credit card, she gave attitude and said I should have told her to do so. Next time a customer gives you the cash you ran the cash and charge the rest card and if you are not sure ask the customer and don’t give attitude. Another young guy handed me our coffee and my mom said the young lady gave us attitude and he gave us attitude and argued with us. This is not acceptable, and never coming back to this establishment.
