Sold a flat bottle of Coke that was originally part of a six pack not to be sold separately when I tried asking for a different one was told no they have no way to inspect the cokes upon delivery. For a customer that eats here almost every other day or at least three to four times a week I was extremely unsatisfied with that answer to keep a customer happy all they had to do was exchange a bottle of Coke. Manager was not there to take it to the next level but was told the manager would still deny it because they have no way to check the cokes upon delivery. And because it was part of a six pack there was no expiration date on the bottle. All this could have been avoided in my opinion but just replacing with a new Coke. Or a different drink.
