Taqueria Guadalajara — Restaurant in Ingleside

Sold a flat bottle of Coke that was originally part of a six pack not to be sold separately when I tried asking for a different one was told no they have no way to inspect the cokes upon delivery. For a customer that eats here almost every other day or at least three to four times a week I was extremely unsatisfied with that answer to keep a customer happy all they had to do was exchange a bottle of Coke. Manager was not there to take it to the next level but was told the manager would still deny it because they have no way to check the cokes upon delivery. And because it was part of a six pack there was no expiration date on the bottle. All this could have been avoided in my opinion but just replacing with a new Coke. Or a different drink. I will not be returning to this restaurant. But I totally understand it is hard to find good...

Taqueria Guadalajara in Ingleside was one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten in. The severs acted like they were very put out by my group of six being there. They brought us no set ups, no silverware, no napkins, (even though 3 of my group of 6 were children). I asked for corn tortillas and butter no less than 10 times. My friends' food and mine were both cold, all they did was stick it in the microwave to heat it up. My son's food was not even what he ordered. Taqueria Guadalajara in Ingleside is good (not great) some times, and really bad at other times. I go there a couple of times a year to see if their food quality has improved, and it is still inconsistent. Tonight, the food was on the dark side of inconsistency. I ordered four crispy beef tacos, and what I got was four tasteless corn tortillas straight out of a grocery store plastic bag, filled with some gristly meat substance.
