Today at this Jack-in-the-Box was horrible, and it was a follow-up to another experience I had a few weeks ago at Jack-in-the-Box. I ordered a custom sandwich, which was wrong when I checked my order. Today was egregious. I ordered my custom sandwich and asked for a croissant, and when the Manager checked my order verbally, she said two croissants. I told her no, I had ordered only one croissant. I asked if my receipt was in the bag. She said no. Then she gave me my receipt. I checked my receipt before I left the parking lot. That’s when I noticed that I was overcharged. It makes me wonder how many other people were overcharged but they did not receive or review it.
My server was the manager. Her name is Samantha R. The event happened on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2025, at 7:34 AM. When I looked into my bag and read the receipt, I realized she had charged me $1.29 for a croissant I had not ordered when I was at the window. Samantha asked me to repeat my order and verify that I wanted a sandwich. A special order sandwich. She said she’d heard two croissants, and I said, no, it’s one, so I got to the. I went around and looked at the receipt, and sure enough, two croissants were on the sheet. Now I’m running late for work. I went around And walked inside the place and said that you charged me for two croissants, and no one showed her receipt. She was like oh, OK, not a problem. It’s just a croissant, she said nonchalantly. It was nothing to even care about; it was only $1.29, and I said, but it was $1.25 that you took. And I took my time because turning around, getting out of my car, and coming inside took time away from my work travel. I had to get in my vehicle. You’re giving me grief about coming back and getting it. I'm not very apologetic, so this is the second time I've had an experience like this at this Jack-in-the-Box. They have the worst customer service in the managers performing these actions. I pray that someone from the company will read this and do what they...
Read moreI was trying to figure out what I wanted to eat and while I was looking the shift manager that was there this morning says on the speaker “what can I get for you today?” I said give me one sec , she said “Ok cause I have a timer”. I said what does the timer have to do with me ordering?” (Plus there was a car in front of me as she rushing me to order) She then says “well you can move forward cause there is a timer”. At this point I don’t even want to order food from here because all she was worried about is a damn timer and as a customer I shouldn’t be rushed to order! That needs to change…. And plus as a manager do the customer suppose to know that we are being timed to order our food. ? Plus I asked for a manager she says I am the shift manager . I asked where is your boss , then she says sorry if you don’t like me rushing you! “ then She says oh my boss isn’t here!
This needs to be fixed because I should never be rushed to order my food! It’s definitely left a horrible taste...
Read moreI just ordered food from here & I come here every once in a while. It’s a young lady that works in the front, She has long eyelashes with curly hair . I do not know her name, I believe it might be Cynthia, I guess they never give receipts because of that reason but she’s very rude & always has an attitude. I watch how she interacts with me & other customers & even her co workers, I saw them telling her that I was at the counter & she told them “ I already helped her” with an attitude while she was singing along to the loud music they were playing in the back,. I’m always nice to all of the employees including her even tho she’s always rude & today all I did was ask if I could have a plastic bag & more condiments. She threw the bag at me & told me “ I already gave you some” & was rude about it.
Btw the young man with the shoulder length hair with the glasses always give excellent...
