I guess the question should be what didn’t they screw up... I ordered a hot latte caramel mocha Vente I got a hot latte classic syrup I don’t even know what that is. We ordered a chicken breast sandwich came out frozen. We ordered a pink drink. Never got it. Had to go back in after leaving the drive-through when we realized we didn’t have it. Ordered the sausage cheddar sandwich, cold. all this $42.90 and I had given them a five dollar tip. Clearly they did not deserve. And it wasn’t like we were the only ones that They screwed something up on. The guy that walked in before me they screwed his wives drink up. A couple that was walking out the door as I was walking in shaking their head and stated to me that they were awful in there and I said I know I just ordered $42 and they screwed everything up. And then I looked and your ratings are three before I even wrote this review, I won’t be back by Starbucks I’ll do like I always have when I’m out of town I’ll get it because clearly you guys don’t know how to train your employees up here and I don’t think it was worth $42.90 to Screw everything up…

So much ice she had enough for another venti frap and asked me if I wanted the extra. I told her that’s because she put way too much much ice in there. I told her to remake it with less ice. She says “oh it wasn’t on the ticket so I didn’t know.” They make the drinks wrong and need to be retrained. They just leave the milk out. I saw 3 different gallons of milk half full just left on the counter. Sick! Not only that but they make a slop and work in it. This place is brand new and there’s milk and coffee drippings all over the cabinets. I took pictures of the messes! They are completely out of everything even the coffee for the frapps. I asked if they could use expresso instead, he said yes then tried to charge me for it!!! Whoever is managing this place needs to be let go and a more experienced manager needs to be hired. I won’t be back here again.

The drinks don't taste the same as other locations, I really think they need to retrain for their drinks. I know it is their recipe because another employee remake it, and it tasted the same. The employees were nice. I appreciate that. I ordered a hazelnut Frappuccino and got a hazelnut milk frap. I couldn't taste the coffee on both occasions, I never had that happen at Starbucks before. The drinks don't taste the same as other locations, I really think they need to retrain for their drinks. I know it is their recipe because another employee remake it, and it tasted the same. I understand this is a new location so there is no prior order history for ordering truck quantities, but come on…. Literally every hot breakfast item is sold out EVERY DAY. I ordered ahead of time (everyone should) and still waited over 30 minutes (made me late for work) and had to ask for my order at which point I was handed a watered down coffee that was just sitting there the entire time. Also, 3 days in a row getting the most simple drink nothing added, vanilla sweet cream cold brew….its not mixed, the cold foam tasted like sanitizer or some type of chemical , and after standing inside and watching the guy who was making the drinks I understand why now….i watched this guy use the same glass pitcher for drink after drink, the only cleaning in between was a quick rinse with the glass cleaner that is mourned to the counter , and then he doesn’t even drain the cleaner and water out before he’s pouring another milk product into the pitcher….no wonder my drink tasted like chemicals. Also, if people have dairy allergies and you’re using the same pitcher over and over again for all “creams” you’re going to make someone sick. I really hope this gets better because I was soooooo bummed after 3 days in a row getting a nasty bitter (borderline) burnt coffee that tasted like chemicals. The only coffee competition this location has is Dunkin which employees your neighborhood junkies, and a local spot by the courthouse…. If you order OVER your weekly sales in food I can almost guarantee you’re still going to run short . I’m praying this gets better in time, and I’m not the type to even leave a review or complain but I felt this time, I needed to speak on it due to the price and also the consistency in my drinks being so bad I...

UPDATE AS OF 6/29/24 -

took 20+ minutes to make the 2 drinks again with a 2 person line at the register. and then my drink was made wrong! so we waited another 5 for the remake. no apology, just attitude from the baristas. i will definitely not be returning.

OG POST: we came around 2pm, not super busy at all. ordered one of the premade sandwiches (ones in the fridge area) because they were out of EVERYTHING other than the impossible breakfast sandwich. we asked it to be heated. we wait 5/10 mins for those & while we’re waiting we decide we actually wanted a drink. went back in line and ordered a strawberry açaí refresher & caramel frap.

sandwiches come out and we’re standing by the bar waiting for our drinks. 10 minutes go by and since it was taking so long the grease weakened the bag and my sandwich falls on the ground. we wait another 5 minutes for our 2 simple drinks and there goes my bfs sandwich. we go up and get a refund for our sandwiches (since they were now out of those too). we let the cashier know we’ve been waiting on these drinks for 15 mins now.

she goes to check on them and walks around for a bit before reprinting our ticket, sticking them to the espresso machine and going “oh here they are!”. just say you lost our tickets next time instead of lying to our face.

we then wait another 5 minutes for them to make our drinks!

could’ve gone to spring hill, gotten our stuff, and driven back in the time it took to warm 2 sandwiches & make 2 drinks. yall need to pull...

Prepare to wait 20-30 minutes if you place an order in cafe. I placed my order at 2:00pm and didn't leave until 2:35pm. I waited 35 minutes for 2 cold bar drinks to be made (Pink drink & Matcha). Which normally at other locations only takes MAX 5 minutes. I understand that this is a brand new location so the employees might not be fully trained yet, but the floor seemed very chaotic and understaffed also. There were employees moving around to all different areas on the floor and starting some drinks and then not finishing them till later. Completing drinks/orders that were placed after mine and some people still waiting who ordered before me. The structure here seems extremely chaotic and maybe they should consider more staffing or extra training needed. The employees also did not greet me upon walking in, nor did they call out my order. My matcha was also suppose to have lavender foam on it which i have been wanting to try since the launch, and the foam was a pathetic drizzle on the top. I am not from Iverness and usually only come up north once a month. I was excited that a new starbucks was being built on the way to where i'm going but, I will not be coming back to this starbucks again until proper management...
