I am absolutely fuming after a recent experience at a restaurant that shall remain nameless. Let me tell you, this establishment has zero understanding of what it means to provide a truly inclusive dining experience. I arrived with my darling cat Luna, expecting to enjoy a lovely meal together, only to be met with a cold, heartless "no pets allowed" policy. How dare they!
Let me share another infuriating incident that occurred at a different restaurant. Picture this: I innocently walked in with Luna, and somehow she managed to sneak into the kitchen. Chaos ensued as Luna, in her quest for adventure, accidentally started a fire in the kitchen. The staff's lack of proper fire safety measures and supervision is simply inexcusable. It was their negligence that caused such a disruption, ruining the dining experience for everyone.
But that's not all. On another occasion, Luna managed to sneak into the kitchen yet again, which clearly indicates a flaw in their security measures. She found her way to the breading station, where her curiosity got the best of her. Can you believe it? The staff's failure to properly secure their food preparation area allowed Luna to leave traces of fur all over the breading. This lack of cleanliness and attention to detail is a clear indication of their disregard for hygiene standards.
And if that wasn't enough, Luna's audacity reached new heights when she somehow managed to bypass the staff's watchful eyes and sneak up to other customers' tables, licking their burgers. This incident speaks volumes about the lack of control and supervision in the restaurant. It is their responsibility to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their patrons, but they failed miserably.
Now, let's talk about Culver's. Finally, a restaurant that understands the joy and companionship that comes with dining alongside our beloved fur babies. Culver's creates a safe and welcoming environment where both humans and feline friends can enjoy a meal together. It's a breath of fresh air in this world of pet-discriminating establishments.
But let's not forget about the star of the show—the ButterBurger at Culver's. Oh, the sheer bliss! Each bite is a symphony of flavors, with a juicy patty, perfectly melted cheese, and a bun that is soft as a cloud. It's a culinary delight that surpasses all expectations. I could go on and on about its perfection.
To those restaurants that think they can discriminate against pet owners, take a lesson from Culver's. It is the responsibility of the establishment to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests, both human and furry. Culver's exemplifies this by providing a pet-friendly environment without compromising hygiene or the dining experience. They set the bar high for other restaurants to follow.
And here comes the icing on the cake—Luna. At Culver's, she was welcomed with open arms, and we were able to enjoy a memorable meal together. Luna lounged comfortably as I savored every bite of my ButterBurger. The staff's warm welcome and attentiveness made us feel right at home. Culver's, thank you for recognizing the importance of inclusivity and for providing a dining experience that truly understands the bond between humans...
Read moreI am generously giving 3 stars in hope that maybe it was a hard day for culvers ... but ... By the time the server walks the building looking around all the corners to deliver the food it wasn't really even very warm when we got it. And since the burgers are so thin they don't retain heat very well on their tour around the building. The taste was ok. The fries had been undercooked, a little soft and mushy. Then I went back for a cup of ice cream. I stood at the counter waiting for one of the 3 workers to actually take my order vs staring at the kitchen after a fast glance in my direction. Finally, my order was taken. I was handed a table tent for my 1 small cup of ice cream. I watched 4 tours of food pass by the table in my 15 minutes of waiting. One of the servers said you still haven't gotten your ice cream "I didn't take your order but I'll go get it now, you shouldn't have had to wait this long" YA THINK!!! The only reason I didn't walk out or call a manager is because I was too tired to argue with anyone and I just wanted to leave. And I think I wasn't impressed enough with anything to really think I need to go back. The small ice cream was more costly and smaller than any other available ... Not that great that I couldn't do without it. And you'd think the girl knowing I waited so long would have at least tried to offer a small token of apology ... Maybe an extra bit more ice cream. So nope not heading back unless I'm with someone who wants to go and I have no option. We went when it wasn't busy maybe 5 tables. There were no long lines inside or out - I went during a slow hour just to have a no pressure look at the menu since I hadn't been there before. For what we got ... I medium meal + 1 small burger and a water cup = 22. + 3. + cup of ice cream === We could've had better. Sorry they failed us on our...
Read moreWe live around 18 miles from this Caulvers in Inverness Florida. We were going to the newly open one in Ocala, they shipped other managers from other Culvers in to help them transition when they first opened. everything worked pretty smoothly. they are up and running very well now. The one in Inverness however didn’t fare as well as “education and friendly” when they first opened. now there’s one in Beverly Hills/Lecanto being built. They should inquire managers and openers from other Caulvers that are experienced and knowledgeable in running the restaurant without glitches for a smooth transition for their opening debut! As I did some research I found out that this owner has one in Brooksville, Inverness, another one in Zephyrhills area and now this one coming into Beverly Hills/Lecanto I have been to Brooksville (dirty) and Inverness and they are running poorly. We love Caulvers❗️ So do yourself a Favor and get some managers from “others Caulvers” around the state❗️ NOT you’re OWN! somebody else’s managers, right from the start. your customers will be happy and so will your “staff” because right now they are not! 📍P.S. Giving out pup cups is the number #1 draw for a lot of pet owners, not whip cream❗️ A small cup with vanilla custard will go along way to increase your business. Think about it it makes your employees happy to give a dog a pup cup and see them being so happy.🐶 And it makes the pet owners want...
