Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Iola

We were there Sunday afternoon, June 9, 2024 approximately 1:30 or 2:00. The young lady taking our order was rude while taking our order, appeared to be annoyed we were there. When she brought our food to our table, all three of us said Thank You, no response what so ever! As we were leaving we decided to order an ice cream treat, as we were waiting, the young man making the treat, the young lady and another young man behind the counter were playing with and eventually eating a large ice cream cone. The young girl was looking at us while licking here cone! My comment is not intended to make someone lose their job, but hopefully make customer service a priority! Everytime I go there my order is made wrong. Today I went in want a cheese cake blizzard NOT THE ROYAL. Just cheesecake and graham base told the chick 3 times I didn’t want strawberries in my blizzard she sat there and argued with me that it was a royal blizzard and guess what my blizzard came back with strawberry in it. I used to work at a dairy queen for 3 years and this is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. To argue with customers and then send their order out wrong almost everytime I go there. Very bad experience on two occasions the last was ask for a certain ice cream they give me the wrong thing then ask them to fix it they wouldn't she said I ask for it that way but looked at the paper where the other lady wrote it down and seen were she was the one that made it wrong but still wouldn't fix it unless I paid for another one.
