Alright normally I don't have issues when I go here but the past several times, it is like the ones taking the order (in evenings) is not listening or cannot hear through the speakers. (Possibly the systems yall use since we are constantly asked what stall we are in). But the past two times, something has been missing from our orders. My husband is at the store right now because we did not get our medium mozzarella stick and has informed me that the woman he's speaking to is arguing and saying that it's in the bag. Now, I worked in fast food too and I know things get hard BUT we never argued with customers even if we knew they were lying. We paid for our mozzarella sticks and would like to have them. I do not appreciate the arguing at all. Everyone is having a hard time and when someone chooses to come and spend their money at your restaurant, you should at least have the decency to give them the food they pay for. Mistakes happen but the arguing is ridiculous and highly unappreciated and inappropriate. I know the girls name and would be very happy to report to the manager that she would rather argue...

They took her order and and asked for one small mozzarella sticks and then later asked to have 2 more small mozzarella added to it and they said fine. But then they turn around and add 2 small onion rings and made her pay for it then when she corrected em they said they'd fix it. Then they brought the 2 small mozzarella stick orders out they made her pay for their mistake! Then they tried saying it wasn't on the ticket. Of course it wasn't on the ticket, they made a mistake! The guy hearing our grievance was getting huffy and got his manager. The manager heard the mistake and said he had to go talk inside to see what he could do. He came out and said he could refund for the mozzarella sticks but he had to take the two orders of small onion rings. I'm not sure why he had to take em to give us the refund, but I hope he isn't trying to serve those to other customers. He then gave us the refund but only gave us the pre tax amount. I'm going to try and avoid this...

Last year I had a horrid experience where a lady came out and yelled at my disabled client in the car and told her to leave in front of an entire filled parking lot, because their lady couldn't get the order right. They had no idea that I was in the car ready to leave a review about my lunch experience. The driver was mortified and so was I when I realized the company kept her employed. I left a horrid review for them on their fb page and it was my understanding that she was yelled at by a boss above her. VERY unprofessional in my experience and with the years of customer service I have personally provided, I was appalled at the treatment of its customers in front of a filled parking lot. I have begun eating lunch solo there recently again, and found that no issues with carhops or change being miscounted back consistently if I prepay with my card before the order comes out.
