I used to be OK with this place. I could put up with the slimey owner and his cronies because they had a killer wing special Thursday nights. But then... he started raising prices.... by a lot...alienating frequent customers like myself. The current prices DO NOT reflect the quality of the food. It's just regular bar food. The pricing is freaking crazy. Then firing all his good help. We used to get recognized every time we'd be in because we were such frequent customers but then he fired everyone or they quit and we got terrible service from then out. The owner is clearly not responsible. He reserves tables for himself and friends sometimes even during busy times so he and/or his friends can sit and eat and drink for free. A good business owner knows your business isn't a hang out spot for you and your friends. It's irritating as a frequent customer that we could tell her had to dramatically raise prices to fund free booze and food for his friends. You cannot expect to keep good employees either if that's the example you're setting for your employees. I hate to give Coach's any of my money anymore. Sorry- but this is a very honest review. It's a shame because we live so close and it's such a primo location. He could be doing so more with that spot! Another review mentioned him being rude and condescending to Cubs fans.... I can totally back that up and vouch for that. I'm not a sports fan so the sports I don't care about but it's just the treatment of his employees and customers that bothers me. I've never seen a restaurant owner alienate his customers more than he does period. Save your money and give your money to a business that's well run and treats their employees and customers better. He owns Carl and Ernie's Pub in Iowa City as...
Β Β Β Read morevery rude. I was a regular customer. They had the wrong beer on tap, I politely explained to them it was wrong and they didn't take any responsibility for it. And actually very dismissive and collectively rude amongst themselves. They just couldn't accept they made a mistake and treated me bad after I tried to help them. I will never go again unless apologized to. Pretty sad because I was a great tipper and easy. Even the regular Bartender Manager was rude, and she has always been better in the past. Specifically, the easy eddy must have been accidently replaced by a bud product. It's the only beer I drink, so I know it was a pilsner. the color wasn't close and there was no ipa/pinapple flavor. I showed them pictures of what it should look like and I was ignored and I can only guess the next few people who ordered it got to have the wrong beer too. Too bad they had to lose a good customer because of their pride and arrogance. I thought the lead bartender was on her game, but she didn't seem to care at all. Because of their dismissal, I simply walked out and it's too bad a few more people will have to point out their mistake. Hopefully they don't alienate them as well. Do better, fix it. especially when someone specifically...

I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich with onion rings and my significant other and the Italian with sweet potato fries. We got a chicken sandwich with a half leaf of wilted lettuce and chicken so over cooked that it was virtually rubber (legit could not bite into). Halfway through my meal, i found i was eating a hair cooked into my onion ring, i had to stop eating. We never got the Italian, instead it was a french dip. Waitress was too nice to complain too, and was the only pleasant part of our experience aside from the Packers game. While finishing our meal, we watched the bartender accidentally spill cleaning solution into the lemon/lime bar, AND THAN SERVE IT. Waitress was the only reason we stuck it out, except near the end, despite 6 waitresses and 2 bartenders for a place that was not even half full, she never brought a bill, we had to ask the bartender. Not only do i get better service at McDonald's, ill be making a report to Health services and contacting the owner and or manager regarding food...
