The worst smoothies. I hate leaving reviews but honestly was very disappointed not only with the smoothie itself but when I addressed being unsatisfied to staff they only told me their blenders can’t hold much fruit at all and they are either only allowed to add just a little and the rest water… I don’t even understand. I am not picky and didn’t have high expectations but it was mostly water and zero flavor. I would have rather bought a store bought naked which is saying something. At least expected it to be thicker and yogurt tasting but honestly don’t even think there was yogurt even though that was a listed ingredient. There was no offer to refund or redo...

I hope that the manager will read this review. I love to get my smoothie from this place, however everytime I go a different person makes it and of course it can vary from tasteless to super good and tasty. One day I ordered PBnJ smoothie and the lady put half banana from two servings of smoothie, one for me and another one for a different customer. Please guys...

4 stars because the name is misleading & we ended up going around in circles looking for tropical smoothie cafe. It was a smoothie area INSIDE the rec area.

Otherwise, the staff were very nice & accommodating as I was struggling what to order as I was ordering for our niece that was in the 24-hr dance marathon.

I can't personally review the food as we gave it...
