I love cooking dishes from all around the world and whenever I am cooking a Chinese, Japanese or Korean dish, I realize that I am missing a few key ingredients such as chinese black vinegar, red miso, or gochu garu. Previously I would have to drive down to Coralville to Chongs or Starlight to get those, but now, I just take the bus to Asia+ and get the one or two ingredients I needed.
