Millie's Market — Restaurant in Iron Mountain

I visited this location for the first time yesterday. I will be going back to try even more things because the cheese bread was fantastic, the egg sandwich was tasty, and the peanut butter chocolate cookie is one of my new favorites.

Both of the employees I dealt with where friendly, pleasant, and great to work with. You want to order some specialty bakery? They'll try to make that work.

Things I still need to try here that look fantastic: Basically all of the cookies/desserts The pizza panini More breads The take and bake pies Probably even more but I'm doing this off of the top of my head so...this list'll do for now.

I wish more people knew about this place....

We were heading out of town and decided to stop because of the great reviews. We got 1 loaf of (very under baked) sweet bread. 1 "day" old garlic cheese bread and 1 "day" old sweet bread and 1 Italian sandwich to go. We got up to houghton got our stuff all set and started our grill. I took the "day" old garlic bread out of the bag and started wrapping in foil to heat up. It was moldy. Sweet bread was moldy. Now I've baked bread for many years and I know it takes much longer than "day" old to grow mold! Absolutely disgusting! The loaf of full price sweet breat was so doughy and raw. Ugg. Never agian!. ...

We used Millie’s market to cater our wedding reception and they truly delivered! Their food is elegant, beautiful and absolutely delicious.. our guests were telling us all night how impressed they were with the food. The charcuterie table was also to die for and a crowd favorite. They were seamless to work with and went above and beyond to meet all of our wants and wishes. Could not recommend...
