update I was put in contact with a higher up and after discussing the issues at hand was promised a refund. We emailed multiple times.That was early November and it never occurred. Disappointed all the way around.
We order from Marcos normally one to two times a month. We have always had a great experience but this past week when we ordered on the app when we finally got a tracking text it was through door dash. Our food said it was ready for pickup at 4pm and the door dash person was waiting but they were not able to get the food until 4:40. I had tried to call the store bc on their app it said it was on the way and on the door dash site it said not picked up yet. A guy answered said hold on and clicked the phone down. They didn't pick back up. After a bit I received a text that doordash was on its way but then received a text from marcos stating it was delivered. Super confusing... then the door dash person couldn't find out address bc when you order on marcos website it doesn't push the address to their app. Had to talk and explain what the address was. This was only a 5 min mix up when they couldn't fund the address. The food was lukewarm/ cold. Very disappointed. Wont be ordering again if they insist on using door dash to deliver. I don't blame this on the door dasher but on Marco's. The food shouldn't have sat there ready according to the app for 40mins. I also suggest if they continue to use Door dash that they disable the part in their system that gives you updates through their site bc it's...

Hired me and I will say the district manager is wonderful and Barboursville is a good store but as for the Huntington 1st location I will never go back there and the way the owner treated me over gossip And lies he fired me because of employees lying the owner didn't even give me any tests or investigate lies that were told on me and word of advice I would NOT EAT at a place where certain male managers stay in bathroom and outside getting high and blames it on the new ppl to cover himself. This manager started selling at Huntington Police Dept officers because they pulled someone over on Marcos property and got 2 other employees to yell at cops with him started a huge mess and turned around and got 2 employees fired for what he started. Bragged about it the next day cause he still had his job he said thats all that mattered. That dude stays so high he can't run the store not to mention I had 6 ppl try to sell me drugs and when I said I was in recovery they set me up to get fired cause he was afraid I was gonna take his job, sad part is the General Manager who is in charge of running the store and safety of others is in her hands... She needs to wake up and the least she could do is set up sanitizer buckets but that was something I was shocked to see does not get done/well buckets are made but its not even close to being sanitizer so pls watch your health if ur brave enough...

I have lived locally in the area and have ordered regularly for going on 5 years, I have also recommended this store to so many of my family and friends because it used to be great. Now I have to backtrack my suggestions to my loved ones about this place.
I am not sure what has changed, new management or new employees, but it's just terrible now. I always order delivery, and the order is always on time, but the food is either cold or the order is just incorrect. Today I received an overpriced cheese pizza with zero toppings, and the thin crust is no longer thin. Either that or the order instructions are just overlooked. The consistency is consistently inconsistent. You will have better consistency and quality by ordering from Little Caesars (Aint that sad?) or Giovannis locally. I suggest Flatwoods Little Caesars, personally!
I had a hiatus of ordering from this Marco's location and decided to give them another chance recently, and my hiatus will resume.
