McDonald's — Restaurant in Ironton

TLDR ordered 2 double hamburgers with no catchup. I received 2 single hamburgers. Three Doubles made with ketchup.? Then, finally, I got the correct order. AND 5 WASTED HAMBURGERS :(

I went through the drive-through and ordered two double hamburgers with no ketchup(only mustard a d pickle).

I went back through the line. While waiting in line, I even called ahead and let them know so i didn't hold the lineup anymore...( Honestly, I have had this exact situation happen. Plenty of times, you order a double hamburger, and they just give you a single hamburger.) I stopped at the speaker and explained what had happened as well... then again, at the payment window, I showed my receipt (it was ordered correctly...) Lol now When I went to the pick-up window.. bless this little girl's heart... I had to explain why I was coming through again... then she looked confused and said said. "Um... ok... take this then" (lol. It was like she didn't understand, so she just gave me a bag of food, lol...)

So then I go to eat my food again... She had handed me 3 double hamburgers for some reason. All of them had ketchup, lol... I wasn't angry or anything g... I'm just dumbfounded....

I had to back up to the window and again explain.... the server at the window... she passes me off to another woman who seems a little high... That woman said the orders were correct... but I have a receipt and 5 hamburgers now that say otherwise(LOL AND COLD )

They finally got it right... but I should not be made . I feel like it was all my fault when I did everything g I could to explain....

The order was taken correctly. Made incorrectly I called while in line to help expedite the process... had to explain to the order box, again to the order takers, and then again to the server... I wasn't rude... I wasn't trying to be a pain...

When the server sent another woman to talk to me. She was incredibly rude activate. It was my fault.

The final worker that delivered the food to my vehicle seemed very nice , but she was also very rude

I just mentioned all of this because I ordered 2 hamburgers and ended up with like 7 hamburgers and some cold fries. And that's not what I wanted at all. I wanted to double hamburgers, not 2 single ham burgers. I want to know catch up on them I even said, "No catch up. I only want mustard and pickle...

I went though the drive thur . Used my app code for a .99 coffee it wouldn't work. I paid $2 at the window .I ask for the morning manager ask her to fix it for .99 not $2 she said I don't care abt that app I can't fix it . I ask her why, then she said get out of my drive thur and off this lot .I ask her why she was being so rude to me. I was very nice to her . She accused me of being at the drive thur every morning complaining .I replied, you have me mixed up with another customer . Wow then ,She yelled at me I ask for a refund I got the refund. I told I was going to contact the owner She replied he does not care abt that app he never even comes in his own store. Then yelled get off the lot . I am going to write the ower he lives in South Point . My review isn't the only one that is about The morning manger It wasn't Ann who had been there along time BC she would not treat ppl that way . Don't use your app there its awful or better yet I won't ever go there again. To the owner I am sorry she made that remark abt you not caring abt paying customers and repeat customers who keep your doors open. I'm so done with Ironton McDonald's they are absolutely down right rude and they hand out old food and get mad when u ask for fresh food.. Last night my husband went to get some parfaits and basket of fries so they tell him to pull over and wait for the fries so he does he sat in the parking lot for 30 min for the fries witch is only supposed to be a 3 min wait so he goes back around and the window worker started to hand him the wrong order and he told them what he was waiting on and told them he had been waiting forever the person at the window said oh yeah I got your food right here it was on top of the fry maker instead of handing the bags out nicely folded and politely they hand the bags all three at once crumbled up not to mention the fries were old and nasty so he waited for no reason what so ever I'm definitely calling corporate on this McDonald's I would rather go out of my way to KY for better service and better food seriously if you want polite people and good food don't go to Ironton McDonald's because your only going to get rude service and...
