I stopped by on 2/18/18 on my way to Duluth. Disappointing. I ordered a Macchiato, emphasized “real” Macchiato. The young female barista nearly argued with me on what a Macchiato is. I then specified 2 shots of espresso with a dollop of foam on top. After paying I walked to the pick-up area to witness her dumping milk into my cup, nearly filling it. I said “stop, I don’t want a Latte!”. I was too tired and in a hurry to complain further. I just grabbed my cup and left. It would be nice if these little coffee shops popping up all over took the time to really research and train their professed “Baristas” properly! Cozy atmosphere, but... they play the worst music I have ever heard in a coffee shop. They play the Barenaked Ladies, and other bands that somehow became well known at one time. It's like the soundtrack of my nightmares, and when I go there I want to take one of their cake forks and jam it deep into my ears. If I go into a coffee shop, I want to hear Coltrane or a melancholy indie band, or something. Give me something creative, or I just might as well stay home and use my aero-press. Oh, and their coffee really isn't even the best in the area. Don't let them fool you. This stuff is mediocre. Might I recommend the other place...

The food and coffee were fantastic and defiantly worth the wait! However the customer service and the workers attitudes were not. I had ordered food and drinks and went back to order one more drink. I was waiting a while for my drink watching people who ordered after me get their drinks. My fiancée went to ask if they were working on my drink. They rudely said they lost the order and didn't believe us when we said we did order a drink. They repeated themselves of loosing the order and not making it. But overall the food and coffee was okay but the customer service and atmosphere...
