I must say, my experience at Blaze Pizza in Irvine was nothing short of a customer service nightmare. The mismanagement and utter disregard for the customers waiting in line were appalling. I naively thought that standing in line would mean a reasonable wait time, but I couldn't have been more wrong.
I patiently waited in line for over 10 minutes, with only one person ahead of me. Just when I thought I was about to get my order taken, the staff had the audacity to inform me that there were about 10 call-in orders that needed to be filled before they could even acknowledge my presence. What a blatant display of disrespect towards the customers who bothered to physically show up at their establishment!
It is beyond comprehension how Blaze Pizza could prioritize call-in orders over in-person customers. Isn't it common sense that the people who are physically present should be served first? Clearly, common sense is a foreign concept to the management of this establishment.
Speaking of management, ADAN, the so-called "manager," left me questioning if I had wandered into a high school student-run pizza joint. His lack of professionalism was evident from the moment he opened his mouth. Not only did he fail to address the issue properly, but his dismissive attitude and inability to handle the situation left me seething with frustration.
I can confidently say that I will never, under any circumstances, patronize this sorry excuse for a pizza place again. The poor customer service and appalling prioritization of orders have completely soured my impression of Blaze Pizza in Irvine. It's quite clear that they have no interest in treating their customers with the respect they deserve.
Save yourself the frustration and seek out a different pizza joint in the area. Blaze Pizza in Irvine is a prime example of how not to run a business, and until they undergo a complete overhaul in management and customer service, I wouldn't recommend this place to my...
Read moreThis is one of the worst Blaze locations I have ever been to. I put my online order in at 730PM. I got there at 815PM expecting my order to be ready. Not only was it not ready, it hadn't even been put in the oven. When I asked the staff the status of my order, they said mine will be "right out." Between then and when I got my order, all of the customers that ordered in store got their pizzas. All the online orders were in the same situation as mine while the in store orders were getting made right away. Isn't the whole point of online orders to have it ready when we come to pick it up? After 15 minutes, I asked again the status of my order at which time the staff made up some B.S. about how someone else took it even though all the online order folks were all still waiting. Did someone take all the other 7 online orders also?! I didn't get my pizza until the store closed at 9PM. This is beyond infuriating. Several other people standing beside me also complained about their order being delayed, incorrect, or flat out poor quality. This has happened to me on multiple occasions and will definitely not be the last time. This is simply a product of incompetence and laziness. I am not sure how this place is still in business but it's safe to say I will...
Read moreThis place went from great to decent over the course of the summer. When Pieology lost it, we started coming here and it was great. Todays visit was a bit dissapointing, seems like nobody is overlooking the products and procedures. Web orders put us on stand by for about 20min as ticket labels were being printed and processed as we stood by watching. Next no reset was performed, meaning 1/3 of the over 40 choices of toppings were empty or nasty, counter top the same. Ricotta was empty, pesto garlic empty, cherry tomatoes empty, kalamata olives the same. We selected these toppings in addition to.others, but each time she had to leave and restock them since they were empty or just leftover juices. For the volume they put out someone should be combing the provisions and constantly stocking fresh toppings, visuals are huge!. Pizza cooked and came out a bit cool, honestly 45sec more it would of been perfect,..we like a fresh whole pizza served hot and...
